About this studio
This Russian Hill studio specializes in Group Cycling classes and compliments them with body weight strength classes (Pelo Strong), vinyasa style yoga classes (Pelo Flow). They also provide unique hybrid classes combining cycling with strong or flow for complete body workouts. Their cycling theater features a concert quality sound system and proprietary Pelo Power Zones system, that customizes each rider's workout to their fitness level. Pelo Strong uses sequences of squats, lunges, planks and variations of these to build full body strength and balance that picks up where cycling leaves off. Pelo Flow yoga is great for cyclists to provide flexibility, strength and balance. Rental shoes are available. Showers, towels and amenities are provided.

How to prepare
First Timers: - Go to www.pelofitness.com to create your user profile (this is required to assign you to a bike) - For cycling classes, arrive 15 minutes early so you can get properly fit to your bike. If you are not early for your first class, you will not be allowed in! Wear comfortable, close fitting clothes and be prepared to get gloriously sweaty! Bike shoe rentals are available, you can bring your own SPD clip shoes or regular sneakers work too! Mats are provided for yoga. Showers w/ towels and amenities are available.
