How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

Barre Bootcamp with Joshuah
Loved Joshuah’s energy! I have a shoulder injury and this class was easy on the shoulders, focusing on legs and gluts. I did some cardio before class to increase my heart rate so I was sweating like crazy and got a good workout in even without much upper body.
Pilates Fusion with Michael
My experience was a combination of Crunch Fitness not being able to tell me anything about the class and this posting not being very specific about what the class actually was. It's leg work, some core, and stretching. Things others should know: - You don't need tennis shoes despite what's in the picture. - You need a padlock to store your stuff in a locker. Otherwise the front desk can hold it.

Nice amenities but don't really like the equipment. Weight training equipment and space is lacking.

great low impact workout focused on stretching, where you get some strength thrown in.

Was a great workout but super hard to follow, even as an experienced rider.

What is ClassPass?
