How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

the class is worth every credit, small and very intense. not suitable for a first timer trying antigravity. gym has showers and lockers(no lock, or bring your own) available.

Instructor is great about helping/correcting form and technique.

Wish there were more songs and not just music/beats. Also couldnt understand him too well as he was yelling changes. It was okay.
Chisel with Fernando
This class is a little hit or miss in terms of how intense the workout is. Shouldnt be 7 credits, its only 30 minutes
Pilates Fusion with Michael
Not your typical Pilates class by any means... I got an okay ab workout, but for the most part I thought I was Ellens secret camera show. It was a weird and at times hilarious workout.

No hot water when I was there and thankfully it was a hot day. Need more floor room it can feel a little crowded there.
