How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

I liked this class more than I expected. Ive done barre a couple times before (years ago) and remember it as being super challenging. I also felt the burn in this class, but I liked that we moved from the barre to different exercises with a weight. It was the perfect mix of variety and a great workout!

The workout was very challenging but the instructor was so hard to follow

She is great and super nice. This class is good for beginners. Its not very challenging

Tina is very motivating! I can see this unique class being even better once I get a little more calibrated to her style. The bikes are bare bones (no speed or tension indicator) and I had some trouble making out my tension.

I forgot I was in an exercise class! The hour goes by so fast, you just want to keep dancing!

Class was too fast to learn the moves. Instructor kept making weird faces at herself in the mirror the whole time, didnt really teach us anything... felt like she was there to watch herself dance . Didnt feel like I got a workout at all :(
