How to prepare

Make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time! Basecamp will need your height prior to class! Please either email jason@basecampfitness.co or call (415) 400-4375 with this information.

How to get there

Metered parking is available ($1 for 1 hour) on Van Ness and Union St next to studio and residential parking up to 2 hours throughout the Cow Hollow area. Public transportation available nearby, with main muni bus stops at Union and Van Ness (Muni 41, Muni 45, and Muni 47). For more info regarding public transportation, please reference www.sfmta.com.

Abs & Core: 300 Abs with Edwin
Floor work out was good. No energy to the class, bikes are poorly maintained. Bike fans where full of lint and dust that comes up at you when your pedaling. Confusing transitions.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry for the dust that you experienced from the bike. We actually just got done blowing out the bikes and what you experienced was the leftover of the dust that we missed on. We will take your feedback and see what we could do.

Legs: Liftoff with Lucia
Used to love Basecamp but with the headphones its become very anti-social and its just a herd of people you have to navigate through moving from bikes to floor every 60 seconds.

FUNCTIONAL: REBOUND with Lucia
A lot less challenging than their other classes, but still pretty intense. The instructor was great and made sure to spend time downstairs, unlike other instructors. Most of the time ClassPass members get put downstairs which is actually a lot less engaging than the upstairs area, so nice to have instructors who come down there often.

FUNCTIONAL: REBOUND with Ashley
It is a great workout but it is so dirty since you share bikes without wiping them and they dont clean the floor between classes. Also, during abs at the end the teacher said, if youre good stay in this position, if youre not, drop down. There is probably a better way to phrase that to not makes folks feel like theyre bad

Thank you so much for your feedback. We do wipe down the bike seat and handlebars in between class and provide free towel service. We also will do a quick spot mop in between classes if needed and if we are able to. Never the less we do a major cleaning of the mats several times throughout the day. I hope that this helps and that we see again.
