How to prepare

Make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time! Basecamp will need your height prior to class! Please either email jason@basecampfitness.co or call (415) 400-4375 with this information.

How to get there

Metered parking is available ($1 for 1 hour) on Van Ness and Union St next to studio and residential parking up to 2 hours throughout the Cow Hollow area. Public transportation available nearby, with main muni bus stops at Union and Van Ness (Muni 41, Muni 45, and Muni 47). For more info regarding public transportation, please reference www.sfmta.com.

Strength: Double Trouble 90/15 with Edwin
In my opinion, it’s an easier Barry’s Bootcamp: Bikes instead of treadmills; 45 mins instead of 60 mins. Fun fact: They offer headphones as if it’s a silent disco. Did the neighbors complain?

STRENGTH: RECOIL with Nina
Efficient workout in just 35 minutes. All of the Basecamp 60/10 classes seem more cardio-focused than strength-focused to me (even though this one is labeled “strength”) because there is so much switching. It is really only the 90/15 classes where I feel I actually have the opportunity to work on strength. This is not necessarily bad, but just be prepared for cardio even in the 60/10 classes labeled “strength”

Really fun! You can do anything for one minute, so the quick intervals are great motivation to keep pushing! Edwin was attentive and so helpful with form corrections too. Ill definitely be back

Ashley gave helpful form corrections. I like the 90/15 format because the transitions are smoother

Abs & Core: 6 pack circuit with Renee
efficient workout, cool technology (headphones + on-screen demos). easy to learn and keep up as a newbie. amenities of a quality gym (deodorant, hair ties, mouth wash, etc). motivational instructor. the music was fun + upbeat but didn't go very well w the ab/bike workout (imo)

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
