How to prepare

Make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time! Basecamp will need your height prior to class! Please either email jason@basecampfitness.co or call (415) 400-4375 with this information.

How to get there

Metered parking is available ($1 for 1 hour) on Van Ness and Union St next to studio and residential parking up to 2 hours throughout the Cow Hollow area. Public transportation available nearby, with main muni bus stops at Union and Van Ness (Muni 41, Muni 45, and Muni 47). For more info regarding public transportation, please reference www.sfmta.com.

Instruction was limited. Couldnt see the instructor most of the class. Form was a guessing game.

Hi there! Thank you for coming in and also for sharing your feedback with us. I will share this with our team and use this to help us continue to improve on. We understand that it can be a bit of a challenge to see the instructor at all times. The videos that show during the workouts are supposed to help the member see the exercise and form. Which then frees up the trainer to help coach others that may be having difficulties. If at any time you feel you need help. Please do not be shy to waive the trainer.

We disinfect the bike seats and bike handles right after each class, and if the mat needs a quick spot mop, we will get to it. Great instructors and class. They really took the time before the class to show me all the equipment and explain how the class works. First studio that has done this! Thank you for a great workout! Will be back!

Ive been to this studio numerous times and have never had the opportunity to take a class with Jason. Hes an AWESOME instructor and really takes the time to explain proper form. Throughout the class hes constantly walking around encouraging everyone and correcting peoples forms. I hope he teaches more often and everyone should definitely take a class with him if they can!!

Functional: Bodyweight Blitz with Ashley
Great workout but so dirty sharing bikes, not cleaning the mats between classes or wiping things down

Athletic Development with Alison
Challenging workout based off of drills that continues to keep both your body and mind active. The class goes by swiftly and the headphones keep you in the zone. I will definitely return!

Overload 90/15 with Renee
I wish they had more weight options. That dont have enough variance and it gets tough when your group all needs the same weight. It would be nice if they had in between weights like 12lbs or 30lbs bar bell.

Hi there. Thank you for coming in and for sharing your feedback. On your next workout. Try to go a level up in weight. The most common misconception is that you have to lift that weight for the whole minute. That is far from the truth. Get a few reps. Focus on form and time under tension, before you know it that weight will be your regular weight and you will have to level up again. I look forward to getting stronger together. : )
