How to prepare

Make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time! Basecamp will need your height prior to class! Please either email jason@basecampfitness.co or call (415) 400-4375 with this information.

How to get there

Metered parking is available ($1 for 1 hour) on Van Ness and Union St next to studio and residential parking up to 2 hours throughout the Cow Hollow area. Public transportation available nearby, with main muni bus stops at Union and Van Ness (Muni 41, Muni 45, and Muni 47). For more info regarding public transportation, please reference www.sfmta.com.

FUNCTIONAL: BLITZ with Edwin
Really smelly today. Not usually the case, but it smelled of sweat and mildew as soon as you walked in the studio

O my goodness! We are so sorry, this should never be the case. We are sure to wipe down the floor and bikes in between every class. We will be sure to pass this along in the hopes that it doesn't happen again. Sometimes the class before you works super hard and it can get a little sweaty which can cause this issue, but it shouldn't ever be smelly or musty. This is not the experience we want to deliver. We apologize and thank you for your feedback to help us be better.
FUNCTIONAL: BLITZ with Edwin
I didn’t like concept of this class but it was still a good workout
STRENGTH: OVERLOAD with Renee
My first time. The staff were exceptional, extremely welcoming and friendly. You rotate between 1 min intervals of biking and weights
Shoulders & Arms: Extra Credit with Ashley
This was my first class and the whole team was so welcoming. I felt very informed and prepared going into the class. Ashley is super motivating and you get a great sweat and workout in despite it being a shorter class. Will definitely be back!

Consistently burn 350+ calories in the 35 minute class, according to my Apple Watch. Woohoo!

Love Ashley, she’s the best! Do wish some of the class members would get to class and their stations a bit faster, including some of the regulars. Definitely one of my favorite classes.

Good mix of cardio on the bike and core/stability on the floor

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
