Having no sound/music really hurts the class. Headphones seem gross & awkward to wear. Hopefully you can find a happy medium!
Strength: Power Pull 90/15 with Ashley
This is for the studio and concept not the instructor. This is the least organized concept I’ve ever experienced. It’s incredibly confusing for the sake of being confusing. The work out is actually 15 min long bc the other half is spent trying to figure out what’s going on. The front desk is pushy and asked if I was “looking for a new fitness home”??? What does that even mean? I cannot imagine ever being a regular at this gym. The equipment is old and worn down. The workout is a jumble of exercises and the staff is uninspiring.
Functional: Poise with Ashley
Kicked my butt as always! Ashley is the best!
Shoulders & Arms: Flex with Ashley
Ashley is the best! She is very inspiring and is great at watching your form

Make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time! Basecamp will need your height prior to class! Please either email or call (415) 400-4375 with this information.

How to get there

Metered parking is available ($1 for 1 hour) on Van Ness and Union St next to studio and residential parking up to 2 hours throughout the Cow Hollow area. What is ClassPass?
