Took my 1st class here and it was a fun class! As others commented, you can sense there’s camaraderie b/w coaches and members and all were welcoming. I’m currently with another studio doing HIIT workouts but I came here solely for Team Conditioning to get a good mix of rowing and ski erg along with HIIT workouts. My takeaway is for those that are new to HIIT workouts, it may be better to join the Wed Conditioning class since the Sat one is literally a “team”workout where you’re divided into a team and compete. Sandro arranges fun and thoughtful choreography. Yes, there will be 8 counts and you will be spending the whole class learning a dance sequence to one song. But there’s something fulfilling about that. He breaks down each move and slowly layers and speeds up dance sequences according to how the class is picking up on it - don’t be afraid to ask him to repeat moves or slow down! And even though there is set choreography, it’s virtual so you can free flow too. In fact, Sandro is so chill and encourages you to use the choreography as guideposts and add your own flavor to it. Such a fun class!

I've really come to appreciate Keri's intermediate class - she will transform you into an aerial badass. Class mostly focuses on foundational work such as single knee hangs, meat hooks and planches. Tricks seem to come second which is fine in my opinion. Without correct form you have nothing right? Virtual: Flexibility Class

This was a great flexibility class with a dynamic warm up, and implementing active muscle engagements and using proper form. We focused on splits for this session (forward and middle), and I got my deepest middle after coming back to training. I will definitely take this class again!
