He also pointed out corrections in different people - for example body positioning during a chin up, form during a push-up, etc. Even on advanced athletes, he managed to find form improvements.     5 stars for the trainers, they were great! The workout is new so it's not the best. In each station, there are two spaces, one for mobility/recovery and the other for lifting. The lifting is then split into an upper body option and a lower body option. What could use some refining is the mobility/recovery. It gets to be pretty boring because you alternate between that and lifting 4 times but the mobility/recovery is the same for 3 or 4 of the stations. I saw a lot of people doing different variations of the specified recovery exercises, which was basically an exercises. Just watching the room, it seems like adding more stations to decrease the switching down from 4 and/or giving more recovery options would make the workout more fun. Still, I would take the workout again. I love that I can do different variations to change it up, and it was still a good workout. You choose how hard you work in these classes and the trainers are walking around the whole time, so if you need something or have questions on how to modify or change things up, you can just ask!
