I didn’t mind the late start because it didn’t feel that obtrusive; much prefer friendly and welcoming energy and a little delay to the opposite. She also did a great job challenging people without it feeling too intense.

She also reminds us of pace and proper form which is always helpful when you get into the zone and start to pay less attention. see all reviews5 stars for the trainers, they were great! The workout is new so it's not the best. In each station, there are two spaces, one for mobility/recovery and the other for lifting. The lifting is then split into an upper body option and a lower body option. What could use some refining is the mobility/recovery. It gets to be pretty boring because you alternate between that and lifting 4 times but the mobility/recovery is the same for 3 or 4 of the stations. I saw a lot of people doing different variations of the specified recovery exercises, which was basically an exercises. Just watching the room, it seems like adding more stations to decrease the switching down from 4 and/or giving more recovery options would make the workout more fun. Still, I would take the workout again. I love that I can do different variations to change it up, and it was still a good workout. You choose how hard you work in these classes and the trainers are walking around the whole time, so if you need something or have questions on how to modify or change things up, you can just ask!

The music mix was poppin and just the right volume level. TVs remind you what exercise you are doing. Going around to the stations in groups of 3 also made it feel more manageable. This one was challenging and intense, which is exactly what I was looking for. Their modern machines are a gamechanger and Ariel was a fantastic instructor. She makes sure to correct your form so you get the most out of the class. If you don’t like being corrected, it might not be for you. I will for sure be back!

Jenny had us do a few modified positions to better understand how the muscles and body connection should feel in more traditional poses, and I have to say, it was a wonderful way to deepen my holds, as well as understand how poses should REALLY feel. I particularly appreciated her attention to hip openers and slowing down towards the end of our practice. I ended up crying in savasana - a clear indication I felt safe in her class & really allowed myself to dig into the mind-body-soul connection. Highly recommend her class!
