Such a fun workout, it went by in a flash. Experienced boxers might be a little annoyed at the slow lesson on punches in the beginning, but it didn’t take up too much time. Squeaky clean studio with nice amenities.

Took a class with Sierra and she’s such a fun instructor! This was my third class and I have to admit I still don’t know most of the verbal cues or movements. Either way it’s a great workout but wish I knew how/what was going on bc I’m pretty sure I’m not doing these movements right. Instead of feeling core or arm engagement I feel like I’m just flailing around lol.

Great class! Loved the time spent on lower body, just wish we did more upper body; so much time on abs and obliques, I feel like some of that time could be allocated to arms/upper body. One word: amazing!!! This class *truly* gets you into alignment. I learned so much about anatomy; Chadd is incredibly knowledgeable and wise. Not to mention very funny, too! He will have you laughing and simultaneously wincing in pain because of the deep tissue/muscle release—it hurts so good! I would say the class description is spot-on, accurate and aptly written as it really is a form of massage. You’ll leave class feeling transformed and way better than you did when you walked in.

A lot stronger of a class than the last 7 am I went to with Rachel. Rachel isn’t a speed yoga teacher, which likely works better for a lot of people. The poses heated the body better- lots of balance and standing postures. Couldn’t hurt if Rachel could maybe wake herself up bit more before class and get the flow revved up 1-2 songs faster in her playlist. Love the music. Liked the sequencing. Glad I went back.

Diana was the best instructor I’ve taken here! She explains each move and what the next step is really well, so you are able to follow along. The only note I’d have for Mighty Pilates (not Diana), is that it was a bit distracting to have two classes at once. It was harder to hear Diana when another instructor was also teaching at the same time.

I love this class! Despite being a bit on the bigger side, the instructor somehow manages to make me feel strong and womanly! I wish I lived nearby and could visit more frequently!
