Only suggestion would be to avoid 20 sec sprints because it takes awhile for the tread to ramp up and then 5 sec is already gone

see all reviewsNew part of my weekly routine! Great way to start the day, and even better to start the week with a Monday morning class. The class is tough because it's quite hot, but you get to choose your weights and can go lighter or not use them at all, so that helps. There is a few minutes of cardio (a series of jumping jacks, 8 seconds on, 8 seconds active recovery), basically the length of one song, so be prepared for that! But, ends up being a very short portion of the class, and really helps with cardiovascular recovery, so I love it!

I understand it’s hard to wear a mask and hot yoga. But if you’re not strong in hot yoga and you have to wear a mask, it’s probably not the right class for you. The lack of masking inside made me really hesitant to go back for a while

I’m currently with another studio doing HIIT workouts but I came here solely for Team Conditioning to get a good mix of rowing and ski erg along with HIIT workouts. My takeaway is for those that are new to HIIT workouts, it may be better to join the Wed Conditioning class since the Sat one is literally a “team”workout where you’re divided into a team and compete. And all present were competitive!

see all reviewsTony is a fantastic instructor who has a surgeon-like precise attention to form. Even in a class with many students, he makes many individual adjustments. As other have noted, his style of teaching is a unique counterpoint to the typical hippie-dippy "find your center" and "loving kindness" approach to yoga. There is a place for both, but if you want to emphasize improving your physical capabilities, Tony's class has a lot to offer.

With her tips and encouragement I have been inspired to return regularly and built strength and flexibility I’ve never had before. Marcela is warm and welcoming for first timers/returning yogis like me because she calls out four levels of each posture very clearly. Class mostly focuses on foundational work such as single knee hangs, meat hooks and planches. Tricks seem to come second which is fine in my opinion. Without correct form you have nothing right? Keri's teaching style is more direct but don't let that intimidate you - she wants to ensure you're doing it correctly and you'll thank her later for it.
