How it works

About this class

You read that right, this is an all level pole class. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced poler, you can take this class. Moves will be leveled and broken down to your individual level. Advanced students will get a chance to continue their training and beginning students will be able to see where pole can take you. NOT FOR FIRST-TIMERS. We strongly recommend first-timers try a few Pole 1 classes before joining this mixed-level class.

This is not an all level class. It's advanced !! Nothing was explained and I had no idea what to do

Bethlayne's very attentive & encouraging
All Level Pole with Allison
Soo much fun! The instuctor is an inspiration, she gave options for students at all learning levels. No pain no gain thats for sure but its worth it.

LOVED IT
All Level Pole with Anna
Anna was great and welcoming to all levels, this was my first pole class and it was really inspiring seeing the more experienced dancers, but I think an all beginner class would be more productive. However, would recommend experiencing this as a beginner to see that it's possible to get as good as some of the other attendees.
All Level Pole with Anna
It was my first time pole dancing and the instructor was great with modifying moves for me. Very nice group of women and I plan to try their exotic class for more high energy workout!
All Level Pole with Bethlayne
Overall a really fun class taught by a funny, very skilled instructor--wow, can she move! However, I'm coming in as an athletic new-beginner, and I couldn't help but feel Beth was focused on the only advanced student in a room full of veteran-beginners/intermediates. I managed to do the advanced moves she was showing, but it was frustrating to try since she didn't build up to any moves by breaking them down step by step. It would be more helpful if she only tried to teach 2-3 moves/tricks per class instead of 8. For each move, she should break it down into chunks, 1-3 steps per chunk, then combine them all together, kind of like in dance classes. Again, if you take this class, be ready for some fun and pain, but this class isn't for me

fun class, but hard to follow for true beginners. better for those who already have some experience with pole
