About this class

How it works: Music and lights transport you to the nightclub during uforia’s 60 minute all-levels cardio dance class. Hip Hop Club is all about the moves, killer cardio, and all about getting down to the hottest Hip Hop jams. Unlike any other dance class, our Rockstars use progressive choreography to help you get a serious sweat all while building some serious swag! Who is it for: Anyone who loves to dance and is ready for a serious sweat. All levels welcome! What you’ll gain: A killer cardio workout that leaves you dripping with sweat, activates muscles you never knew you had, and leaves you with new dance moves to try at the club!

How to prepare

We plan on making you sweat so come sporting your best sweat-friendly gear. We provide towels! Bring your favorite water bottle to fill up at our water station. Cycling shoes with SPD cleats are required for Revolutions. We provide rental shoes for $3. Your first shoe rental is free! Athletic shoes are required for all Dance and GRIT classes. **Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. No admittance into class 5 minutes past the scheduled start time.

How to get there

First time visitors must arrive and check in 10 minutes before the start of class to receive a tour and get properly set up and situated for class. Any first time client who does not arrive 10 minutes early will NOT be admitted into class. ***For all other returning clients, no admittance into class 5 minutes past the scheduled start time.

DANCE: HIP HOP with Ariel
It’s a really fun class. I have been to Sunday’s class that’s usually taught by Devi. I would say Devi’s chromatography is a bit more challenging for people like me. Ariel’s is less complicated but def exciting enough to burn calories. If you feel Devi’s class is too quick you shall try Ariel’s class. For the record, I like both classes for sure!

Jazon was such a fun instructor! His style is more look-and-observe, but that definitely doesn’t stop you from understanding the choreo. It’s all about feel and texture. Would definitely definitely come again!

Ariel’s teaching style is great! She really keeps the energy up and we review the moves plenty of times to remember them. It’s an intense workout, but it’s so fun that it doesn’t feel like it. Will absolutely be coming through again!
