Dailey Cycle fuses the body sculpting and flexibility aspects of The Dailey Method with the cardiovascular benefits of indoor cycling. The format includes 40 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes of upper body toning, core strengthening and stretching. With The Dailey Method’s signature focus on alignment and form, this class delivers a balanced, full-body workout resulting in a high calorie burn.

How to prepare

Wear socks (that cover your toes please) for all Barre classes. For Dailey Cycle classes, you must have clip in cycling shoes (with SPD cleats) or you can borrow them for FREE at the studio.

How to get there

There is metered parking in front of the studio on Ashby Avenue, or free street parking (2 hours) on all of the neighborhood side streets.

Kyle was AMAZING! One of the best instructors I’ve had thus far at TDM. He was funny, he pushed us (but not too hard), his music selection was on point, and the time just flew by working out with him. I definitely want to return to his classes.

The cycle part was really hard and awesome. I’m not a big fan of the arm choreography, and luckily Susan didn’t do much of it and focused more on the actual cycling.

What is ClassPass?
