About this studio
In just 40 minutes, you will experience the most revolutionary core-focused, full body workout in the fitness industry – one that not only works over 600 muscles per session, but in many cases works several hundred per exercise! In each group session, you will be trained by a CORE40 SuperTrainer, who is masterful at combining the benefits of Pilates and weight training (strength), yoga (flexibility & mindfulness), and cardio (interval training) with less time, more intensity, and no impact on your joints.core40.com(415) 776-2673
How to prepare
WHAT TO BRING/EXPECT... • A towel, if desired (CORE40 is an ecoconscious organization and does not offer towel service due to the water wastage it creates). • A water bottle, which you can fill using our filtered water system. • Please wear anything you might feel comfortable doing yoga or running in. • The CORE40 workout is done wearing grip socks (recommended) or barefoot. We have grip socks for sale at the studio. • Expect a high intensity workout!
How to get there
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY... Please arrive a few minutes prior to any class start time. Your spot will be held up to the minute class starts, then it may be given to a standby client. If it's your first class, you MUST arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class start time, in order to get the machine rundown. If you do not arrive early, you will be asked to reschedule your first class, due to safety concerns. Refer to our FAQ section for more detail on our late arrival policy and other helpful info.

What is ClassPass?
