This was not only the hardest Barry’s class I’ve ever done, but the hardest workout I’ve ever done. I mean that in a good way - I left feeling so accomplished! Only suggestion would be to avoid 20 sec sprints because it takes awhile for the tread to ramp up and then 5 sec is already gone

Great class! Loved the time spent on lower body, just wish we did more upper body; so much time on abs and obliques, I feel like some of that time could be allocated to arms/upper body. But the instructor was great; she demonstrated the movements and gave ample time to get prepared for the next exercise while telling and showing you what was coming next.

Similar to Orangetheory Fitness or Barry’s where the class was a combo of treadmill workout upstairs followed by weights in the downstairs studio. Took my 1st class here and it was a fun class! As others commented, you can sense there’s camaraderie b/w coaches and members and all were welcoming. I’m currently with another studio doing HIIT workouts but I came here solely for Team Conditioning to get a good mix of rowing and ski erg along with HIIT workouts. My takeaway is for those that are new to HIIT workouts, it may be better to join the Wed Conditioning class since the Sat one is literally a “team”workout where you’re divided into a team and compete. And all present were competitive!

Tony is a fantastic instructor who has a surgeon-like precise attention to form. Even in a class with many students, he makes many individual adjustments. I had been to this studio under previous ownership and I don't care for the front section of the space so I was relieved this class was in the larger back area of the studio. The person at the front desk was welcoming, Denis immediately introduced himself, and another instructor who was using the space before we got started also introduced himself. The 2 dogs milling around the studio didn't seem to care about me one way or another but I tried not to take it personally. ;) Denis was a great instructor. He knew everyone's name, gave consistent positive feedback, and helped everyone with their form. It was a challenging class but I left feeling accomplished because of the positive environment.
