He always creates such dynamic and different exercises each time, he attentively makes sure that everyone is doing the movements correctly so we’re getting the proper workout (and not hurting ourselves), and he makes quick and easy adjustments for people who have any injuries. I’ve seen so many people of all age groups and fitness levels do these classes. It’s refreshing to be taught by someone who really knows what they’re doing.

see all reviewsAlexis is amazing. Pilates fusion class is great. Challenging but able to follow. Alexis gives very clear instructions how to follow the posts and attentive to the members. Bonus point for her playlist. The only thing is it is only once a week on Wednesday at noon. I wish there were more classes to sign up. I would strongly suggest people to do this once a week in addition to other classes for strength, stretching and mindfulness.

see all reviewsAbsolutely loved the LuxFit SF strength class with Isabelle! 💪🔥 She brings the perfect mix of energy, form-focused coaching, and encouragement that pushes you without overwhelming. The workout was challenging but able to be modified to each individual —great balance of functional strength and smart programming. I felt like I pushed myself, but never too much. Next day recovery feels perfect. Can’t wait to go back when I’m next in town!

(Just to note - the coach mentioned that the class can run over time sometimes so just keep that in mind - wasn’t a big deal for me today).

He also pointed out corrections in different people - for example body positioning during a chin up, form during a push-up, etc. Even on advanced athletes, he managed to find form improvements. The Core workout was foam rolling, cardio warmup, a 20 min AMRAMP of: 15 wall balls, 10 burpees, 5 chin ups, then a core finisher and stretching. a functional endurance based workout, kept my heart rate in zone four and five for 20 minutes
