    Matt is the best! He always creates such dynamic and different exercises each time, he attentively makes sure that everyone is doing the movements correctly so we’re getting the proper workout (and not hurting ourselves), and he makes quick and easy adjustments for people who have any injuries. I’ve seen so many people of all age groups and fitness levels do these classes. It’s refreshing to be taught by someone who really knows what they’re doing.

    Pilates Fusion

    Alexis is amazing. Pilates fusion class is great. Challenging but able to follow. Alexis gives very clear instructions how to follow the posts and attentive to the members. Bonus point for her playlist. The only thing is it is only once a week on Wednesday at noon. I wish there were more classes to sign up. I would strongly suggest people to do this once a week in addition to other classes for strength, stretching and mindfulness.

    Absolutely loved the LuxFit SF strength class with Isabelle! 💪🔥 She brings the perfect mix of energy, form-focused coaching, and encouragement that pushes you without overwhelming. The workout was challenging but able to be modified to each individual —great balance of functional strength and smart programming. I felt like I pushed myself, but never too much. Next day recovery feels perfect. Can’t wait to go back when I’m next in town!

    This class is great! It’s actually very similar to how my coach trains me - mostly weightlifting with a short cardio/conditioning at the end. Would totally come back! (Just to note - the coach mentioned that the class can run over time sometimes so just keep that in mind - wasn’t a big deal for me today).

    First time in this space, it’s very open and bright! This ended up being a 1-on-1 class and the instructor, Wipawee, was able to tailor the yoga session to my needs. She works very hands on and makes adjustments/modifications for different movements. Looking forward to taking more classes here!

    Bart was very knowledgeable and he thoroughly explained the form on every single movement which I appreciated. He also pointed out corrections in different people - for example body positioning during a chin up, form during a push-up, etc. Even on advanced athletes, he managed to find form improvements. The Core workout was foam rolling, cardio warmup, a 20 min AMRAMP of: 15 wall balls, 10 burpees, 5 chin ups, then a core finisher and stretching. a functional endurance based workout, kept my heart rate in zone four and five for 20 minutes

    Alex was the best trainer I’ve ever had. This class was small but it was excellent because Alex was able to help all of us with our form as well as challenged us. I love the way he explains things and he created such a great bond with all the class members. The pace of the class was perfect. I would highly recommend his class as well as signing up for personal training with him! I will definitely return to Strong Friends. It’s such a beautiful space and everything is brand new!
