ROK YOUR BODY Sculpt Full Body 1.0

Apart from the instructor walking right into my arm while I was standing in a stationary spot doing light weight tricept extensions, the class was good. If there wasn’t enough space to walk around me, walking pass the front of the machine would have been a great option. It would have been polite to simply acknowledge the bump at the moment or even after class.

    xBURN Basics

Cory is high energy and gave students suggestions on how to adjust their form to get the best out of each movement. She is welcoming, encouraging, and 5 stars. This studio could provide towels for students, including myself, to use during class to wipe the sweat off themselves and the machines. (There are only disposable wipes to clean the machine after the workout).

Mighty Foundations - Great for Beginners

Tess was amazing! She’s welcoming and makes you feel comfortable as a Pilates newbie. It was my first time on a reformer, and the class was the perfect pace for a beginner while still feeling like a solid workout. The studio was lovely too, I’ll be back.

    CORE40® Full Body

Great verbal instruction on form. I appreciate instructors who can articulate clear and concise instructions and hold the class as a unit. The instructor also had awesome energy without controlling and pushy undertones which I have unfortunately experienced in another class.

    Springboard Classic <> Mixed

James knows his stuff and isn’t afraid to correct form, but he delivers it with a lot of kindness and humor. So nice to take Springboard from him. The mixed class was super inclusive and approachable.

    xBURN

Cyna had a good variety of exercises in her routine that didn’t make it feel like every other Pilates class. I think she said it was her first time teaching at X’Core (or at least at this studio), and she was very receptive to feedback. Great energy, and she did so well with trying to find a solution when the music was cutting out.

Super bright, airy, welcoming space. Only five students per reformer class so lots of attention to form. Deborah was fantastic. True classical Pilates. Will be booking again!
