Pole 1 + 2 with Daphna
Very fun class. You do have to have core strength and upper body strength to start off since it’s like a step up from beginner but you can also go at your pace with the harder stuff and spins. It’s honestly super empowering to spin around even if you’re still getting a hang of the movements
Chair Play with Alex
Felt light-headed after doing a particular exercise. Teacher was very understanding.
Chair Play with Alex
Class was great! Instructor was patient and fun. The space was very small but you still feel like you get in a good work out
Liquid Motion with Devon
Devon was so helpful and patient with this first-timer. Also you definitely need knee pads for this class!

So fun! Learned to do things that I had no idea I could do, like a headstand on a folding chair.

Hard, but good.
Aerial Hoop 1 + 2 with Annastasia
Anastasia is amazing. This class is definitely better suited for hoopers with a few classes under their belt but Anastasia does her best to come by and check on you. It starts of with some joint rotations and stretches and then moves to learning how to handle the hoop.
Deep Stretch & Flexibility with Jeannine
Everyone was really welcoming and polite! I would suggest they be a bit more conscientious the abilities of new-comers, however. Some of the amazing stretches and contortions these practitioners can do with their bodies can cause serious injury to the uninitiated. I myself left with an overextended hip flexor and I’m no stranger to yoga! In addition, I would recommend reimagining the layout. Upon entering, you have no choice but to intrude on the current class to access the cubbies to store your stuff. Wet snow boots oblige you to remove your shoes, which makes for wet socks and before you know it, you find yourself in the bathroom barefoot. ???? Takeaway: Bring a sweater to wear until you get warmed up and definitely bring some indoor slides or slippers! Good music and vibes though. Judge-free zone. This place has a very bohemian and DIY atmosphere. It’s a little rough around the edges, but get past that and I’m sure you could learn a lot from these ladies!
