About this studio

Total Fitness Studio offers a total body workout, all done in 30 minutes flat. Be prepared to work a multitude of muscle groups through different stations within the gym. Class sizes are small, and your trainer will guide you as you work through the various stations. 909-6067

Very efficient full-body circuit workouts with body weight and machines. You alternate strength training with high-intensity cardio at each station. Great class!

This class was INTENSE! I really enjoyed it and will likely try this again. It was a great overall body workout. Because of the name of the class, I was expecting something similar to some of the Sculpt sessions I've been to in the past. However, this is a circuit bootcamp plain and (not so) simple. Definitely a challenge!

Tough, fast paced 30 minute strength circuit with a yoga cooldown. Most exercises were simple enough for any experience level, and Liz did a great job explaining the more complicated movements and fixing form issues during the circuit.

This was my first Zweet sport experience and it was a great workout. Liz the instructor was really helpful and encouraging. Definitely going to return.

Liz is a very good instructor! She has high energy and pays attention to your form. This class was setup half circuit training and half yoga. i would say that all levels are welcomed. You can go at a pace that you're comfortable with.

I found remembering 10 workouts for the circuit style workout hard and kept doing the workouts wrong. You definitely get a good amount of sweat going!
