Glutes & Abs - VIRTUAL CLASS

It’s a class with other students but the teacher does the workout in front of her iPad so you don’t see in person attendees. It was a good class- you’ll just have to play your own music because he’s doesn’t really come through over the iPad but don’t want to mute her because she’ll make comments about the moves and know she won’t really be watching you, more just demoing the whole class which is also helpful.

VAX ONLY: Small Group / Pilates Reformer (Level 1.5)

Danielle was amazing! Though class was tailored to the students in class for a more basic sequence, I was still sore. Compared to other reformer classes—the lights were all the way up, and the music was not very loud. It felt more like a private lesson or personal training session. But anytime I was confused she helped.

Incredible class! I feel like I’m a few inches taller after that amazing stretch session. Leeza has so much expertise in body movement/alignment/body health, and it was great learning from her! She does talk a good amount during the lesson to teach us about how to best position our poses to get maximum stretch and strength— she was especially amazing during the beginning and end of class, but as a heads up, during the middle of class, she was a bit on the verbose side.

The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! Cardio Barre

Great barre class at a yoga studio! Since it’s not a barre studio, there aren’t actual ballet barres to use (either use a wall or do stuff in the room center). But you use weights and balls. I’ve been twice and like that it’s different each time and seems like a good work out. I appreciate the instructor makes corrections too, when your form is off. #ClassPassInsider

Great class and very pleasant studio. ClassPass does not have the right address so be on the look out for an email from the studio. They gave very good directions and explained the Covid policies.
