About this studio

Join us at [solidcore] the intense, full-body, Pilates based workout on our customized machine appropriately named [sweatlana] - she’s intense. You’ll be guided by a high energy [solidcore] Coach sequencing core, lunge, squat and upper body moves that work your muscle fibers to failure. It’s been called the hardest workout and, trust us, your body will notice immediately. Give us 50 minutes at our striking studio and start creating the [stronger], more sculpted version of you.

How to prepare

If this is your first visit to [solidcore], Visit the MINDBODY site or download our [solidcore] app, create a profile using your same ClassPass email login and sign our liability waiver. FIRST TIMERS MUST ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY for a safety demo - if you miss this you will not be allowed to take class. Wear something comfortable to sweat in. Clients can go barefoot or wear grippy socks. Filtered water fountains, towels, bags for sweaty clothes, face wash are all available—everything you need to freshen up after class but NO showers.

Instructor was not very motivating. It was a good workout but could have been better.

Not my first beginner class, but this one was not the best. I would not recommend the instructor. There was no warm-up, and she started the class by showing the exercises on the bar machine with her dirty sneakers on. Never got on a machine to demo the moves again after the beginning of the class.

Rachel was a great instructor. It was my first time doing solidcore and she helped me through it the whole way - making sure my form was right and I didn’t feel lost. Challenging class, motivating instructor, great for toning - highly recommend!

I go to [SC] every week and this was the most disappointing class I've been to. I know instructors work hard on their class and maybe this was just an off day but the energy wasn't great and I felt called out instead of assisted.

Class was way too loud. Also, the Pilates apparatus was extremely uncomfortable. I have used a lot of these in the past but this one had no padding and at one point the handle bars dug into my hands so hard that a nerve was pinched in my hand. Also, there were literally zero modifications offered for someone with a moderate knee problem. My knee problem has never been an issue until I came to this class. When I asked for a medication for my knee issue the teacher rolled her eyes and literally told me to do it anyway. Not a pleasant experience.

Really loud and annoying teaching style. Don’t like the dark space and difficult to catch the flow for beginners

What is ClassPass?
