About this studio

Elevate provides participants with personal training style workouts in a group environment. Utilizing free weights, water rowers, TRX trainers and the best treadmills on the market (amongst other equipment), Elevate offers a new, unique workout every day with a different focus, allowing participants to stay engaged as they learn new skills and improve their general fitness.

Athletic clothing, water, and athletic shoes. Also, we recommend a dry change of clothes for after. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get signed in.

too cardio heavy for my personal taste but different people like more of that!
Active Recovery with Megan
There were multiple props to use from blocks to foam roller to belt to the mat you performed the stretches on. No shoes required. The instructor spoke slowly and walked us through each stretch and warned us of ones that may hurt. Good to force a stretch after some challenging Workouts and you have sore/tight muscles.

Class was upbeat and challenging. Eric is encouraging and corrects form accordingly. It seemed doable for newbies. Front desk was also friendly upon arrival. The studio is clean and efficient. Would recommend.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
