Elevate provides participants with personal training style workouts in a group environment. Utilizing free weights, water rowers, TRX trainers and the best treadmills on the market (amongst other equipment), Elevate offers a new, unique workout every day with a different focus, allowing participants to stay engaged as they learn new skills and improve their general fitness.

Good workout, especially if you don't have body issues, but it was hard on my back and knees. It was also extremely hard to hear the instructor (shouting into a bad microphone system - and loud music blasting behind).
