About this studio

Elevate provides participants with personal training style workouts in a group environment. Utilizing free weights, water rowers, TRX trainers and the best treadmills on the market (amongst other equipment), Elevate offers a new, unique workout every day with a different focus, allowing participants to stay engaged as they learn new skills and improve their general fitness.

My second time at elevate and I'm excited for my next class. The class moves quickly but it flows well and the instructor was very helpful correcting form etc. The morning class definitely seemed to be made up of regulars but I still felt welcome.

Instructors should stop suggesting lighter weights for females versus males. It assumes that women arent as strong as men and encourages women who can do more to underperform.
