About this studio

CycleBar is not your average cycling class—it’s a mind-blowing, heart-pumping party on a bike. Every ride is led by an elite CycleStar Instructor, each with their own style and vibe. No two rides are alike; from the music to the intensity to the overall vibe, instructors keep it fresh and keep you motivated every single class. When you ride with them, you ride in style in the CycleTheatre, a fully-loaded, epic cycling space. With high-performance custom bikes, amphitheater seating, enhanced lighting, concert-quality sound and two massive high-def flat screens, they set the scene for an immersive, exhilarating experience. Every bike comes with built-in CycleStats technology, so you can track calories burned, RPMs, watts, and class rank. Whether you want to start your day strong or melt away the stress of the day, once the lights go down and the music goes up, you’ll leave the outside world behind. 202 413 1854

Awesome class!
Classic with Shane
Shane is very motivational and fun, music was good and studio overall is very nice
Classic with Maria
class was really good but the instructor could have been a little more clear sometimes. I liked being out of the saddle but sometimes the arm choreography was too fast for the rhythm. some of the gym staff were awesome and super helpful, but the front desk woman barely helped me despite me saying it was my first time and did not direct me at all. overall positive and I'd go again.

Great class! Idia was engaged, up beat, and played a great playlist!

Idia is one of my favorite instructors at the studio!

This class was very disappointing and not a great workout. While I appreciate that most of the music was current, it was way too slow and songs sounded very similar (reminded me of a chill dance lounge playlist which I like but not for cycle). Instructor seemed disconnected/detached from actual class; she gave a lot of repetitive pseudo-inspirational speak but it wasn’t working for me (even very oddly kneeling in floor with head down while speaking). Def not worth 10 credits—better options out there if you’re looking for a solid sweat.

Solid class!
Classic with Emily
Emily was great! I loved the music and the workout was challenging, but not too much. Push yourself at your own pace.
