How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothes to "work out" in, nothing too baggy. It is suggested to practice yoga barefoot.

How to get there

When online reservations are full, we offer a first come first serve wait list on a walk-in basis. 5 minutes prior to class start time, students on the wait list will be allowed to take class if those with online reservations are not checked in. Registering online does not guarantee your space. All students should arrive 15-20 minutes before class. And for your safety, we cannot allow late entries 5 minutes after class starts.

Vinyasa Open Level with Rob
This was my first work our class in months and I wasn’t intimidated to get back into it with this instructor at all! He let everyone go at their own difficulty level!
Hot Yoga with Emma
Towards the back it was not as hot, however instructor was great!
EPIC Rx |Movement Medicine| with Nicky
I didn’t really know what to think about this class - the vinyasa part somehow felt both rushed and unstructured, and the second part felt a little just like dancing in your living room type vibes. It was also a heavily heated class, which I wasn’t expecting. Still, at the end I did feel pretty refreshed, and I was also sore the next day. It definitely wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but if the description speaks to you maybe give it a try.
Lunch Power Hour with Mariah
A nice yoga class, but not as much of a work out as I expected with the term “power hour” in the title.
Ballet YOGAlates with Emma
The class was annoyingly technical.
Lunch Power Hour with Amie
Original sequencing ... which is refreshing
The Grateful Yoga with Jesse
Love Jesse and this class!
The Grateful Yoga with Jesse
Jesse’s class is so fun and challenging with no pressure to be a yoga superstar. He really emphasizes the importance of breathing. I feel like his class is a great balance of the physical and spiritual sides of yoga.
Slow Your Roll (flow + fascia release) with Sarah
Really nice muscle release and relaxation. Not that much flow or workout. Depends on what you’re looking for, but I felt great and slept really well.
Vinyasa Open Level with Rob
Wow I loved this class! I really appreciated the instructor stopping the class to explain certain movements so we could all have the right form.
