see all reviewsLoved Christopher's energy and playlist! His instructions are a bit odd to me in that he had us go down to zero resistance and sprint multiple times. That's easy enough to avoid on your own though by using whatever resistance works for you. I do think his method might be better for beginners though who don't want to feel pressured to have high resistance! Would definitely go to his class again!

She’s so motivating, and gives clear instructions on posture, riding to the beat, etc. even though I’ve been 20+ times and now ride 1-2x a week I still benefit from reminders. Mayu has a very clear and soothing instructor's voice. She also gave personalized attention to correct yoga poses. The calming music playlist was great. I got a lot out of this session and will definitely be back! Also, there are no cubbies. You kind of just have to plop your things anywhere in the corner where there is space, but all your personal belongings are within view. The guided instructions to find the studio in the alley were helpful.

At first I was worried the samples were what we needed to use for the showers but I was pleasantly surprised. The smoothies were a great after workout snack, I’m going to have to check next time I go if they have an almond milk alternative. The class I took was focused on upper body lifts and cardio. The running portion was my favorite part. I want to take another class that isn’t upper body focused but core focused. Nazinga was great! Would love to take another one of her classes!

Even though it was an intro class, she still provided modifications to make it easier or a tiny bit more challenging. I'd definitely take more classes with her. I also liked that there was a little paid parking lot across the street. Cute, quaint studio.

I was a little apprehensive when I first heard the music, but it ended up energizing me and helping clear my mind. Katie was wonderful. She guided and pushed us but also gave us the flexibility to do what was best for our individual workout. AND we got a cold scented towel to close out the workout. I cannot recommend this class and facility enough. Get there early though because spots fill up.
