The programs consist of a proprietary system of nine challenging workout stations developed by a World Champion Kickboxer. How to prepare

Here’s what you can expect: • Show up at your scheduled time • You’re welcomed by a friendly, certified 9Round Trainer • Wrap your hands for support when punching** • A 9Round Trainer shows you how to do each exercise based on your fitness level, taking your workout to the next level, so you get amazing results • Every three minutes, you move to the next exercise station • After station nine, your 30-minute full-body workout is over **Boxing hand wraps are mandatory. They are available for purchase at the gym for $10

How to get there

Rounds 1&2: Strength Training You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes & other equipment to build strength & stamina. Rounds 3-8: Boxing & Kickboxing Fitness Training The real fun begins as you punch & kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination & timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning & speed. Round 9: Core Training You’ll strengthen & tone your core as you "feel the burn", which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.

Bad day at 9 round. Gym was overcrowded and the instructor couldnt put together a good system to get everyone started. Left waiting and then 30 minutes turned to an hour while sharing stations.

Its only 30 minutes which makes the 6 credit cost a lot. Also they tried to charge me for the class and hand wraps.

What is ClassPass?
