About this studio

What will YOU find at the bar? 202strong will teach you proper lifting technique, set you up to get stronger in their strength cycle, and put your new strength and body awareness to good use in their signature StrongCircuits. Be prepared to learn, lift, and challenge yourself. All classes are suitable for beginners and advanced athletes alike. All form is taught in every class and you do not need any prior experience. 202strong prides itself on scaling the movements to fit your personal fitness level. Every class is composed of a group led warm-up, instruction, strength, and StrongCircuit. One day a week there is no strength component but instead an extended StrongCircuit!

Jiu Jitsu/No Gi with Anthony
The instructor was really positive and attentive. I feel like I already learned some useful moves and my body got a good calisthenics workout.
202strong with Fernando
Avoid this CrossFit-like gym at the beginning of the month as they only do “test” workouts with AMRAP sets. The instructor Nando not much interested in being there

Compact effective workout. LeeAnn is a great instructor too
Girlstrong with Caitlyn
Second time coming to this class. I absolutely love Caitlyn! She keeps you motivated helps check your form and modifies things if you’re not able to do something. The environment is super welcoming so don’t be afraid to go!
202strong with Topher
Accessible, welcoming and challenging
Girlstrong with Caitlyn
Challenging for a beginner if you don’t pace yourself well (I might have been a tad too determined to keep up with the regulars), but Caitlyn was encouraging, helped to correct form, and just a great coach overall.

Topher is amazing.
