How to prepare

They teach you everything you need to know in class so all you need to bring is your excitement to learn, sweat, and challenge your fitness in a completely new way. For your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins to sign a waiver OR email coaches@202strong.com to obtain a waiver to fill out ahead of time. If you arrive 10 minutes late, you will not be able to attend your class due to lack of warm-up. This is for your own safety and experience in our classes! The warm-ups are an essential part of class!

How to get there

They are in the basement level of 1722 I street. You will see their door on the street level and follow the stairs/signs to the bottom. You can then check in at the front desk.

Its been quite a while since Ive worked out, so I definitely expected a challenge...but I was pleasantly surprised by how humble, kind, genuine, and patient Danny was. Great music, great vibes, cool people! Ill definitely be back!!!

The hardest workout Ive ever done as someone whos not used to it, but the instructor was encouraging!
Girlstrong
Caitlyn is very attentive to everyone in the class. Every time I visit the studio, she makes sure to encourage and motivate me, as well as check my form. And all this even though she knows Im just a visitor!
Fighter Fitness
it was a substitute instructor who didn't seem to keep a great track of time, but the workout was excellent and the instructor was attentive and helpful

Always feel great after this class

Nando was a great instructor. I have very minimal CrossFit experience, and he did a great job adjusting the workout to my level and teaching me proper form.
202strong Signature
The workout was challenging - but adjustable to your level. There was plenty of space and good equipment.
