Good workout, but didn't seem long enough. A full hour would be better when including warm up and stretching.
Barbell and Abs
great instruction and small class

Good class! We spent a lot of time on form, which was helpful, but it meant there was a decent bit of down time in the beginning.

For anyone who hasn't taken this class already, be smart and don't. The instructor talked about his vacation the entire time instead of leading the workout, the class was small, and what few students were signed up spent their time talking to each other, too. It's very cult-like and honestly not that impressive of a workout, either.

I liked it! Will go back for sure.

I came back to 202strong because Caitlyn was so great last time, so I was surprised to see that Andres was teaching this class instead. Thankfully, it was equally enjoyable. I left feeling tired, sweaty, and stronger.

Great class! Great for strength and circuit training. I like these types of workouts where you have to do 3 different activities for a certain number of reps as many times as you can in a certain amount of time. I feel like I push myself harder. Great instructor and great feel at the gym.

Definitely a tough class to drop into since they follow a schedule that builds on itself. Great instructor though!
