If you want a workout you'll remember, this is it. Great class; Anthony is an instructor who will motivate you to achieve more than you thought you could.

One of the best vibes of any class on ClassPass. The strength training started out intense and then became more a mix with cardio for the second half.
Fightstrong
Four because the front desk is a bit scattered. Teacher was very patient and accommodating toward beginners. This is a Muay Thai class, not cardio kickboxing as I thought though.

Great class, wish I knew we were running so would have brought running shoes! We did circuits the entire class, which included 800m runs around the block. Instructor was great, small class sizes (8 ppl). Nice clean facilities. Recommend for all levels!

Fun! Difficult but it flew by

This class kicked my butt!
Girlstrong
Nice people.. some social things plugged in to keep it friendly. Good cardio (competitive) but first half of class was strength and sharing a barbell wasnt efficient. I prefer being one of the least fit people in classes and this wasnt it but its nice they have all levels. Will go back to try the regular barbell class but not quite my vibe.
Girlstrong
Always a great workout
Girlstrong
Great as always!
Girlstrong
Very hard circuit training. But no air conditioning! There was one fan for the entire gym, which is pretty bad for a summer class in a basement. I also have a knee injury and the instructor gave me modified yet challenging exercises for stations that required squats.
