What will YOU find at the bar? 202strong will teach you proper lifting technique, set you up to get stronger in their strength cycle, and put your new strength and body awareness to good use in their signature StrongCircuits. Be prepared to learn, lift, and challenge yourself. All classes are suitable for beginners and advanced athletes alike. All form is taught in every class and you do not need any prior experience. 202strong prides itself on scaling the movements to fit your personal fitness level. Every class is composed of a group led warm-up, instruction, strength, and StrongCircuit. How to prepare
They teach you everything you need to know in class so all you need to bring is your excitement to learn, sweat, and challenge your fitness in a completely new way. For your first class, please fill out our online waiver: https://app.wodify.com/Waivers/SignWEntry.aspx?Token=9FAC4DDA7B55B952E0F2B3CE4826BE7A2636914932D1C259A64F3A084F252121 If you arrive 10 minutes late, you will not be able to attend your class due to lack of warm-up. This is for your own safety and experience in our classes! The warm-ups are an essential part of class!
How to get there
They are in the basement level of 1722 I street. You will see their door on the street level and follow the stairs/signs to the bottom. You can then check in at the front desk.
