    This was my first soulcycle class and it was great! I've been to a number of other spin studios that were smaller and more low-key, so I was always intimidated to try soulcycle. I'm glad I went for it though! The class is music-based, no references to rpm or other statistics. Jordan's playlist was so fun and I love her energy! Will definitely be going to more classes.

    The class was challenging. They push you to give it you all. Chris walks around to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. And the music hypes you up. No need for headphones.     The classes here are good. I just wish the instructors would offer modifications. Although instructors value doing your own thing, it can be frustrating to get creative to substitute inaccesible moves like pistol squats or boat pose with a toe hold. I consider myself fit, but the instructor cued mountain climbers so early into class that I aggravated an injury since I wasn’t warmed up. I would recommend this place if you are injury free and have great awareness of your body’s needs!

    Wow! I can’t begin to describe how impressed I was with everything this studio had to offer. The practice was both energetic and introspective. Brooke just radiates affirming and welcoming vibes. The yoga room was illuminated by blue lights and heated. ☯️ The amenities were lux. The studio was meticulously clean. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail. Even the towels were plush and washed with fabric softener. I can’t wait to go back.

    Really good workout, challenging but manageable - they didn’t really offer modifications but it was pretty easy to figure some out if you needed. Instructors were nice. The gates only opened five minutes beforehand. It is partially outside so beware in the heat. Music was loud but not at the level of some other places, and they turned it down to give instructions which I appreciated.

    I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from this class, but it was fun and a good workout. Kind of like a combo of spin and dance, where you’re on the bike, but changing your pace to match the music and throwing in some not strictly biking movements. The instructor was friendly and took the time to get me set up and fill me in on class lingo and what to expect. It was a good workout for me (a pretty active human), but I think it’d be approachable for newer to fitness folks too, since there’s lots of ability to modify and go at your own pace. Some things you might like to know: * it’s pretty loud, so earplugs would be good to block out some noise. *not sure if it’s always like this, but the music selection was on the more risqué side. *the lights do change frequently and somewhat abruptly from dim-ish studio lighting, to UV, to no lights on at all (dark)
