I didn’t see much form checking or corrections/modifications and it was definitely fast paced. As someone who exercises regularly, I really did enjoy the class and found it challenging!

see all reviewsCarly is a great instructor, and has great variety in exercises. The woman who took her mask off last Monday was there again. She arrived late again and brought a water bottle. She did not take her mask off this time, but I watched and was ready to say something if she did it again. I hope you’ll remind her next time that she needs to go outside to remove her mask and that it should not be done during class so that others can focus versus being uncomfortable given her previous mask removal during class. see all reviewsI was very impressed with the COVID safety precautions, including the spaces marked on the floor and smaller class sizes. Sarrina was very friendly and encouraging. The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! I was confused as to how this class works but they do a HIIT style workout for the first 30 minutes (the sweat) and then transition to barre exercises for the second half (P30 booty). I liked it and will return!

This is the first upper body class I’ve taken over the last several months that included core exercises, which I really appreciate and wish was incorporated into every upper body class (not sure if the instructor or the studio chooses the programming). Either way, get your butt to E60! It’s guaranteed to be sore the next day ;)

You have a choice to not wear a mask, but only if you upload your vaccination card. This definitely is a huge plus for me, because I feel a lot safer, knowing that anyone working out without their mask has been vaccinated and verified.
