Instructor was clear and sets were repeated enough to allow real work outs but not too much to get boring. Great mix of cardio and Pilates. My butt and inner thighs got a great workout. I am sweaty and we moved the whole time- no wasted class time!

    Flow: All Levels

Different from the other yoga flow classes I've taken. Little slower pace, but definitely no less challenging. This class is the best class I've taken in terms of allowing for all levels of experience, but it doesn't push you as to go as quickly as I'd like. I will definitely be back though as I see this as a compliment to the other classes available.

This was the first class I really enjoyed at this studio. I appreciated the fast pace of Chelseah's class and worked up a good sweat (also the room is very warm.) My only critique is that it's hard to give adjustments when we're moving so fast so I wasn't always sure if my positions were right.

Zoe had some great adjustments. Second time I got a bloody nose there. I think they need to rethink the temperature and music level. You can still get the benefit a few degrees cooler and not damage your ear drums with the music.

    HIP-HOP Rhythm

One of the best spin instructors and classes I've taken. Not only was the music amazing (some Juvenile, some lil Wayne, some Mystikal) but Nandi's way of teaching is perfection. She cues perfectly, she puts a playlist together that keeps you on beat, and her class has you working your entire body (arms, legs, butt, core). Very well put-together. You're too busy having fun to realize you're actually getting your butt kicked. Will 100% be back! Loved it.

I really liked it! Super dark in the class, only lit by candles which makes the class even more enjoyable and really sets the mood. They have mats and towels supplied, even the sticky towels to lay down on top of your mat for hot yoga (greatly appreciated!). Fast-paced yoga class, loved the theme music. Sweated a lot and got a good stretch. Not for beginners to yoga, the teachers moves through very quickly and most are audible cues so if you arent familiar with pose names it may be difficult to follow.

This class was everything I expected and more. This was my first time at this studio and for this class, and after I signed in and took a peek through the door, I couldn't wait to go in. It was warm, dim, and inviting. The stretches aren't always 100% comfortable, which makes this a very productive Yin class, as some classes are more relaxing than this. Still I could zone out and relax and will definitely be back to this class.

Excellent glass. A lot of foundational instructions given at first for a build to a vinyasa flow. Jackie is awesome! She explained everything very well and I definitely got a good workout and stretch from her class. She definitely shows interest in her class and helping us correct our form. I definitely recommend this class. I felt very welcomed and will be back.
