The hammocks are measured for each person and the class was good for beginners. I cant believe I went upside down on my first class! It hurt my arms and legs muscles some but my neck and back felt amazing. They are often in pain and I felt like this let them fall into alignment. I also loved just swinging on the hammock and being cocooned at the end. It felt like I was on a ship. I highly recommend the class, & have already recommended it to everyone I know. Ill be back! Good basic yoga class. Reminded me of the old days when yoga didn’t have to be to the beat, didn’t have to be a workout and was usually quirky.
