IN PERSON: Beginning Ballet
see all reviewsI would say the class was not a beginners ballet class, this was definitely more of a beginner/intermediate class. You definitely need to know all the basics to keep up. At least that’s my opinion. Fabulous workout though! I was sweating from start to finish.

see all reviewsAsh is such a positively encouraging instructor. She is very detail oriented in proper form and alignment and she takes the time to explain what we're doing so no one is lost. She pushes us to do our best but also not to the point of injury. Definitely coming back for some more classes!

see all reviewsAbsolutely loved this class - I learned lots of new things, really challenged myself, and felt that Carlie really tailored it to the skill levels of the people in the room. They did a great job of pinpointing small adjustments that made all the difference. Great class and instructor!

see all reviewsLOVED their Tango class! It was my first time but the Mei & Guarado filling in for Chelsea was phenomenal at teaching. I also like how you can switch dance partners through out to meet someone :) highly recommend this class to anyone who is curious

see all reviewsLydia’s choreography and vibe was awesome. Only feedback is it seemed like she taught her friend in class the Choreo before even though it was week 1 of a new routine and they kept doing the dance way past what the rest of the class had learned at that point.

see all reviewsGreat class!! She has great timing/alignment cues which I thought were super helpful! I think she would be a great instructor for someone doing yoga for the first time, it was very easy to follow and she focused on verbal cues instead of just calling out the names of poses. Seemed more a beginner level flow but it was perfect for me. Will be back!

see all reviewsThis class is so fun. Hard to keep up so only go if you’re interested in going often because the dances are choreographed and there isn’t instruction on how to learn them.

see all reviewsOne of my favorite Saturday classes! Nothing better than dancing salsa and other styles under the Mission sunshine. Andrea is an amazing teacher - she brings dance expertise, positive energy and a spicy playlist. I had never danced these styles but Andrea is great at instructing the basics. Very empowering class!

see all reviewsAnkit was great! I enjoyed being a part of his first class at Uforia and loved his chill but energetic vibes (not screamy, aggressive or boring, dead) and especially loved his dance moves on the floor! He was silly and encouraging and really fun to be part of his class! I’d take his class again!

see all reviewsWhat a wonderful class. Throughout the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, Alyssa guides the class with precision and passion. Her demonstrations and modifications are next level: talking the class through rabbit pose, while demonstrating it!!! Not an easy task!!! Thank you Mission Yoga for providing this amazing experience.

see all reviewsTRX class is a great class. Located in a spacious studio away from the main gym floor. No on lookers staring which I really like. Andre is a fantastic trainer and corrects your posture when needed. He is friendly and also encourages you to get that last rep in and not to quit!

see all reviewsSimilar to Orangetheory Fitness or Barry’s where the class was a combo of treadmill workout upstairs followed by weights in the downstairs studio. Just like OTF and Barry’s, treadmill workout was a mix of speed and inclines so perfect if you love cardio workout! This is a good starter class for ClassPass members that would like to sign up for Barry’s but are intimated.

see all reviewsAs a complete first timer, Kissy was extremely patient and gave me one on one attention to help me do moves that I would not have thought I’d be able to do. She was really welcoming and encouraging. There were about seven people in the class (a couple first timers and mostly experienced). It’s a private space so you’re not practicing in front of the rest of the gym.
