Pure Empower is a barre-based, high intensity, low impact, 50 minute full body workout that combines strength training with cardio-centric circuits. It uses your own body weight, a 6-inch step-up platform and ankle weights. It is challenging, but modifiable for all levels and a great complement to Pure Barre Classic.
We recommend taking at least 2-3 Pure Barre Classic classes before taking Empower.
There is NO late entry for Empower. Please arrive early and stay for the entire class. Socks are required.
