About this class

Aerial Yoga is an all levels class that focuses on athletic conditioning, deep stretch, and aerial hammocks tricks. Aerial Yoga with Sarah
This was an absolute blast but SO DIFFICULT. Hard for a beginner but a wonderful, patient instructor
Aerial Yoga with Sarah
Class felt rushed and not geared towards beginners. If this is not for all levels dont label it as such. Not enough time to enjoy the poses or absorb the information being relayed. The name of the class is Aerial Yoga, however, on several occasions the instructor was at a loss in articulating yoga terms. Again if this class is not yoga it would be more informative to name it something else. Gratefully, this was a challenging class and I think I would enjoy it in time after more/moderately paced instruction.
Aerial Yoga with Sarah
Sara was a great instructor and gave everyone in the class attention. Space is a bit small and clients coming in for other classes had to walk through the class in order to change and use the restroom. This was a little more than distracting. But, overall, class was a fun and effective workout.
Response from the studio:
Glad to hear you had a great workout!
