How it works

About this class

This class combines the soothing & ease-ful practice of our Ahhh-some approach with a Yin complement to stretch everything deep and long. Yin works towards awakening and releasing our tendons, ligaments and joints of the body, leading to a much longer lasting flexibilty within the body and the mind. Suitable for all levels.

This class was relaxing and helped me unwind from the week
Yin
I like the studio and the instructors, but it would make a big difference if the studio was more soundproofed as there is a lot of street noise
Yin
great class and instructor, but it was a little cramped
Yin
it's a good stressing class . no personal attention. lots of room to adjust poses for your body. not a lot of room (get there early for a spot)
Yin
The class itself is very soothing but the room smelled very bad and it was hard to concentrate on being zen with the smell.
Yin with Fiona
Very true to the description - a good stretch.
Yin with Fiona
New instructor (maybe a sub?) who didn't seem to have experience teaching yin yoga. Didn't do any of the typical poses I'm used to seeing in other yin classes. Wasn't a great class for me.
Yin with Fiona
Not my favorite :( Felt there was too much talk..although it was a yin class, I felt poses were sparse. Perhaps I just prefer more flow.
Yin with Jennifer
She had us do a few poses which I don't think belonged in a yin class. Otherwise fine.
Yin with Fiona
Fiona is a wonderful teacher. She creates the perfect space to relax and get the week off to a great start.
