Katies a great instructor and this was a fun class with OKGo videos projected. Love Off Road!
BIKE50 (Friday Night THEME Ride!) with Francella
Francella was a great instructorclear, encouraging, and upbeat! She made a great playlist and obviously put a lot of thought into creating this ride. Highly recommend!
BIKE50 (Friday Night THEME Ride!) with Dani
loved the videos and music!
BIKE50 (Friday Night THEME Ride!) with Pam
This class was wonderful. I do not even own a bike, but I imagine that Pam would make the ideal cycling captain. She is motivational while also being down-to-earth. Instead of shouting, I felt as though I was her teammate approaching the challenges of sprints and hills with some positive energy and established goals. I wear one of those fitness trackers and this was also one of the harder workouts!!! Most importantly, this class made me smile. Thanks Pam!
BIKE50 (Friday Night THEME Ride!) with Liz
I bet everyone else got a 5-star workout, but it was my first time here and I never fully understood how to gauge my resistance on the bike! A little more instruction there would kick the workout up, I'm sure.
BIKE50 (Friday Night THEME Ride!) with Katie
Great instructor and a lot of fun. Great song selection.
BIKE50 (Friday Night THEME Ride!) with Pam
New bikes since the last time I went a year or so ago. The studio is nice and instructor was very helpful and hands on.
BIKE50 (Friday Night THEME Ride!) with Liz
The staff was great before class, but I HATED the bikes! They didn't allow the instructor to give a range of gears, which made it a lot harder to enjoy the workout. It was all based on feel, not actual numbers which I didn't like. Also, not a fan of the instructor's music.
BIKE50 (Friday Night THEME Ride!) with Dru
Dru was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, however, he was a a little too chatty for my taste during the ride - sometimes I just like to zone out when spinning and I couldn't do that during his class.
BIKE50 (Friday Night THEME Ride!) with Dru
Small class which was nice but not easy to understand how to work the resistance and rates on the bike. It was also incredibly difficult to understand the instructor over the music.
