Meet Alexandra Redelico

Proud to hail from New Jersey, Alex is a certified personal trainer and fitness coach in NYC. She studied dance at Boston Conservatory before touring with the show West Side Story. Though her love for fitness started as a side hustle, she’s turned teaching and training into her main gig. With a strong focus on form, her main goal is to help you become the most powerful, badass version of yourself.

 

 

Meet Jessica Sims

Jess is a personal trainer and boxing instructor at Shadowbox, as well as trainer at The Fhitting Room. With a background in education, Jess worked as a teacher, assistant principal and principal in schools in Texas, Massachusetts and New York. She reconnected to her love for fitness — discovered during her time as Trinity College’s basketball captain — to help people lead healthier lives. Call it a career renaissance.

 

 

 

Meet Amanda Robinson

Amanda is an expert fitness coach, model and professional dancer in NYC with a rigorous training background. She studied classical ballet at the New York City Ballet and the School of American Ballet and is a former captain (and veteran dancer) of the NBA Nets Dance team. She thrives on sharing her passion for movement, believing that fitness not only improves your health, but also your overall quality of life.

 

 

 

Meet Jenna Langhans

Don’t let her bubbly personality fool you – Jenna will push you to your limit. A certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and professional dancer in New York City, Jenna started out dancing for the New York Lizards Dance Team after graduating from Union College. She believes in the physical and emotional benefits that come from daily movement, which is why she makes sure her workouts are more than just proper form and alignment.

 

 

 

 

Meet Dean DeLuna

Dean, aka “deanfitmachine”, is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and nutrition coach in New York City. Originally from Texas, Dean toured the world as a dancer and performing artist, finding his true passion in motivating people to do their best. Now, with certifications in training, coaching and nutrition, he firmly believes that anything is achievable through hard work and dedication.

 

 

 

Meet Bakari Williams

Bakari is a trainer and instructor who has worked for Equinox and Strengthen Lengthen Tone. He fell in love with sports and fitness in the good ol’ southern town of Danville, Virginia, leading him to study dance and play soccer at James Madison University. There, his intense training fueled the drive and dedication that he puts into fitness today.

 

 

 

 

Meet Ben Wegman

From the deep-midwest town of Normal, Ben is a founding trainer and programming team leader at The Fhitting Room, with a love for his two cats (and tacos). Originally a dancer, Ben received his Bachelor’s degree in Dance Performance from Point Park University. He toured the globe as a modern dancer, settling in New York City. When an injury sidelined him from theater roles, Ben found his way into fitness – and he’s never looked back.

 

 

 

Meet Dara Theodore, Head of Fitness

With a background as a professional singer and performer, Dara started her career in music public relations only to rediscover the benefits of fitness during her second full-time job — a dedicated mother of two. She was a veteran instructor on Daily Burn’s 365 daily live-streamed series where she developed over 100 bodyweight workouts, as well as a Fhitting Room instructor and expert for fitness brands like Life by Daily Burn, Shape, Health, and Fabletics.
