Class was awesome! Great music, vibes, and most of all cool lighting! I wanted to run more! Everything is in intervals. One set with high incline and one set with no incline but you reach higher speeds. I will definitely come back and probably take the longer running Class

Really good class. Even though it was only 28 minutes of running, if you put your hardest you can get a really good sweat and the weighted section in his class is really good. I wish they had a 60 minute class that was high 45 and 15 minutes of weights

Really great mix of cardio and strength training and very much a full body workout. Some stations focused on arms, others on legs or core. All the switching does make the class a little inefficient but for the most part, a good class.

Dylan is incredible! He's adorable and funny with infectious energy - even at 6am on a Monday which is saying a lot. His class was well-structured and good for all levels. The best part is definitely his music choices - diverse, fun, upbeat - I felt myself signing along to almost everything and it made the ride enjoyable even when it was really challenging. Jenn is hands down the BEST + most incredibly challenging instructor at P57, let alone perhaps the best barre instructor in the city. She always provides a take no prisoners profile with a ton of various positions within the 4 sections (thighs, glutes, arms + abs) - every muscle group was on fire + her reps are relentless. She wastes no time of the hour long class. Amazing!

I loved this instructor and Ill be back for more of her classes. I have to say something about the strange passive-aggressive responses the owner gives to CP reviewers. I scrolled down before coming to class and Ive never seen this kind of reaction from any studio. Im sure it comes from the best place but shes got to understand that she cant just make her customers behave like she wants them to behave. No, people usually arent comfortable asking questions mid class. And no, most arent going to interrupt the instructor and ask for challenging modifications. Im sure she means it when she says that she wants people to feel comfortable enough doing that kind of stuff, but its just not the norm and berating people for not taking her word for it is not cool. Some of her comments are downright mean. It feels like anyone who posts a review here should be ready to get on her bad side. Most reviews are good. For the rest- take the feedback! Or ignore them! Whatever. Just chill.

Was pretty scared cause Y7 classes are hard enough with core work already built in. This wasnt too bad. Only 45 minutes so some core work, a few sun salutations, more core work, a long sequence, a final core burst. Wasnt too hot, wasnt too hard, the instructor was good and worked with us which never usually happens in Y7. She also did a quick little massage during shavasana.

This was my first boxing class, which I mentioned when I checked in & the studio manager and class instructor, Mike, were both great about giving me instruction. Awesome hip-hop playlist - Mike had us matching our moves with the music tempo. Super sweaty workout with great intensity. Boxing drills mixed w some plyo metrics and ab work at the end. Find a partner who is at your level. I recommend getting to class early because there was a line to get our hands wrapped. Also, be prepared to purchase wraps $10-15. Gloves and mats were still sweaty from previous users, but I'm not a germophobe.

Courtney is an absolute force! Wish she taught more Bc that class was hands down one of the toughest Sig II classes I’ve ever taken in the 4+ years that I’ve been coming to P57. Not only was all of glutes done standing at the barre (holy burn), but she had us transition immediately into our thigh intermission set without the usual stretch inbetween sides. Endurance was her chosen theme of the day + class surely lived up to the name - challenging, energetic, muscle fatiguing + sweat inducing.

Really enjoyed the instructor. Challenging and great attitude. Space is still a construction zone. Not loving the concrete stairs. Edge is really sharp on your bare feet. Lots of uneven edges on sides of room be careful. Stair has no safety railing. Looks cool but when we were changing over classes and crowding on the stairs I felt like someone could tumble over easily. Might want to wear some shoes up until you get on the reformer. Glass door was missing panels so you could hear the music from the lobby which had crazy base and was totally different from the music in the room and it was really distracting. Maybe come back in a month once things are finished. Only one bathroom and two changing areas. Might want to consider changing and peeing at home. .

Hot damn - that class was incredible! Definitely one of my faves in the course of a few years that I’ve been coming to Brick. Not sure if it was due in part to having the energy of a completely full class, but the 9 min (3 moves x 3) EMOM at each station was a perfectly challenging block of time with a well chosen variety of movements + goals/target range for each: 1) Run .2, 8/8 renegade rows, 10/10 snatches 2) Row 12 cals, 8/8 cossack squats, 15 plate overhead strap fit leg sit-ups 3) ski erg 12 cals, 15 v ups, 8 x 1 push-up + 2 Mtn climbers 4) bike 15 cals, 20 SDLHP, 20 Squat jumps. To up the ante, I opted for KB lateral lunges instead of Cossack + did goblet squats instead of the jumps, so I will be feeling all the soreness tomorrow!

Love that Prime’s instructors each being something to the table. I love Alexa and Alex for killer power scores, Jane and Danielle for energy and fun choreography, Yesenia for arms and Julie for a v Soul Cycle vibe. Would love them to add another 60 minute class to the schedule!

    POWER 60

Amanda was awesome!!! So tough and liked that there was just cycling and no arms or dancing around. By my bike screen malfunctioned about 15 mins into class making me feel lost. The front desk said theyd drop me a credit so I am satisfied.

    Flywheel: Power 45

I’ve been flying for 3 years now and somehow managed to never take grants class. It was like no flywheel class I’ve ever taken. He was calming yet motivating and assertive. He also gave options for torq and hand position which i haven’t routinely rly seen in flywheel classes. His class was v interval heavy only a couple sprints but still challenging as per usual flywheel. Would def recommend his class

Ive been about 9 times and can definitely see a change in my body, balance and stamina. This class really works you! I can probably do about 80% of the entire work out even after being here a handful of times which shows how tough it is. Rachel is the best & one of my favorite instructors.
