Alain was amazing. Super encouraging so it helped me get through the crazy hills and speeds. He had a great playlist and was very clear in his instructions unlike some of the other instructors there. Will def be back to his class!

I had an amazing, empowering run. I got a great workout, and ran faster than I ever thought I could. I think I need to invest in some packs...these classes are great for my marathon training! Also, even if you aren't an avid runner, no pressure by the coach. They encourage you to focus on your effort, not your speed, so don't be intimidated!

    Switch40 - Underground Ab-Lab

The class flies by bc you do so many different exercises. It’s mostly low impact and mostly abs but he throws in a few minutes of calisthenics to get the heart rate up- just be warned for that. I love Ethan’s energy and think he’s an up and coming instructor who clearly loves what he does. I’d encourage him to give more hands on correction for form, and to talk a little less. His words will have more purpose and power if he chooses them more wisely (right now he talks he whole time). A really great sweat and efficient workout!

    BFX Burn & Flow

I really liked this class! Melissa was friendly and it was challenging with a diverse array of exercises - both strength and cardio - using kettlebells, sliders, med balls, and weights to work the entire body. Moves were hard but manageable at one's own pace and Melissa gave modifications. Plus, they all were less than one minute so if you hated something, it was over soon. Time flew by and it ended with a nice stretch. However, I think "Burn & Flow" is a misnomer as there really isn't any yoga but more time dedicated to stretching the whole body. Music was amazing!!

Definitely a lot more intimate than the regular class, as in the instructor got to know everyone by name but just as challenging and fun. What I love about Fhitting room is the individualized attention, form correction, and the encouragement from the instructors. They dont just tell you to do something and leave you hanging. I feel like I learned things in here that I can take away to my own workouts. Bonus: Richs playlist is fire!!! It definitely helped me get through my last set of intervals.

Julianne was awesome. Class was challenging for even seasoned barre folks and Julianne helped correct our form. I just wish I could see the instructor doing everything properly is my only thing - need to see by example, which is hard work floor work. Highly suggest beginners come early to know what the format of the class is going to be like and to bring / buy grippy socks!

This class wasn't AS insanely hard as some other Physique57 classes I've taken (or maybe I just wasn't pushing myself hard enough?) but I still got a great full body toning session- loved the amount of ab work we did! Spencer's music choices are so good, and I really appreciate how much fun he has (and therefore we have) with the "thigh dance" section.

    Signature FHIX

One of the top 10 classes that I've had here - the 5 minute chipper was an intense way to begin after the warmup, then we had a 16 min 6 station circuit & a 4 min FHIX, followed by a 3 min FHIX. I literally splayed out on the floor once we finished. That said, these workouts are what you make of them - if you choose light weights or don't go hard, you're not gonna have the same response once class is over. You should be dripping in sweat and barely able to walk down the stairs.

Great class - its hot yoga in a dark candlelit room, its trendy, you do 3 flows, and it includes a bunch of ab work too. Youll be sweating. My only wish would be that there were other options for the 3rd flow (which at least was the most challenging for this class) that didnt involve balancing on one leg or doing a handstand - both of which my uncoordinated self struggles with :) It would be great to have more beginner level options for those more advanced moves.

Such a tough workout, but exactly what I wanted. Very good bang for your buck in terms of squeezing in a good full body workout. Justin was super nice and great at explaining everything. He was also good about going around and offering form corrections and positive reinforcement. Very non-judgmental and encourages you to do what your body will allow. Clean, nice studio and a small-ish class so there was ample room to do the exercises. A lot like KORE but with less over-crowding!

Really enjoyed the instructor. Challenging and great attitude. Space is still a construction zone. Not loving the concrete stairs. Edge is really sharp on your bare feet. Lots of uneven edges on sides of room be careful. Stair has no safety railing. Looks cool but when we were changing over classes and crowding on the stairs I felt like someone could tumble over easily. Might want to wear some shoes up until you get on the reformer. Glass door was missing panels so you could hear the music from the lobby which had crazy base and was totally different from the music in the room and it was really distracting. Maybe come back in a month once things are finished. Only one bathroom and two changing areas. Might want to consider changing and peeing at home. .

As I told her after class, this may have been Sky’s toughest class in all the years that I’ve taken her. We covered a ton of work - an opening 5min strength section, :45, 5 station circuit done 2x, 5min running clock alternating bw Swings + core work, then :35, 5 station circuit done 2x. Excellent mix of upper + lower work (thrusters, swings, DL, burpees, Trx rows, bike, ski, row, Trx lunges, push presses, one legged DL, Supermans, one legged box hops). You get out what you put in to these classes - lots of ppl coast through using baby weights. Don’t be one of those people. You should be leaving here dripping in sweat + totally gassed

Hot damn - that class was incredible! Definitely one of my faves in the course of a few years that I’ve been coming to Brick. Not sure if it was due in part to having the energy of a completely full class, but the 9 min (3 moves x 3) EMOM at each station was a perfectly challenging block of time with a well chosen variety of movements + goals/target range for each: 1) Run .2, 8/8 renegade rows, 10/10 snatches 2) Row 12 cals, 8/8 cossack squats, 15 plate overhead strap fit leg sit-ups 3) ski erg 12 cals, 15 v ups, 8 x 1 push-up + 2 Mtn climbers 4) bike 15 cals, 20 SDLHP, 20 Squat jumps. To up the ante, I opted for KB lateral lunges instead of Cossack + did goblet squats instead of the jumps, so I will be feeling all the soreness tomorrow!

Love that Prime’s instructors each being something to the table. I love Alexa and Alex for killer power scores, Jane and Danielle for energy and fun choreography, Yesenia for arms and Julie for a v Soul Cycle vibe. Would love them to add another 60 minute class to the schedule!

Amanda was awesome!!! So tough and liked that there was just cycling and no arms or dancing around. By my bike screen malfunctioned about 15 mins into class making me feel lost. The front desk said theyd drop me a credit so I am satisfied.

Best flywheel class I've ever taken!! I don't really love flywheel but it's a good spin option in class pass. Now that I found this instructor, I will definitely be back! Awesome playlist, very motivating and made the class fun! Can't wait to take his class again!

    FORM50 TOTAL BODY

While I love this studio and workout, I am finding that staying in each move longer than other megareformer studios feels too intense to the point it is not as effective as doing more things for shorter periods of time. Still a great workout!
