    HIGH 45

Todays class was phenomenal! Because the music was better for my running and it really helped me pushed myself. There were a lot of people in class which meant the lockers in the ladies room were all taken. But Vinnie was great and motivating. I will he didnt have the microphone so close to his face sometimes he sounds muffled.

I had an amazing, empowering run. I got a great workout, and ran faster than I ever thought I could. I think I need to invest in some packs...these classes are great for my marathon training! Also, even if you aren't an avid runner, no pressure by the coach. They encourage you to focus on your effort, not your speed, so don't be intimidated!

    Switch40 - Underground Ab-Lab

The class flies by bc you do so many different exercises. It’s mostly low impact and mostly abs but he throws in a few minutes of calisthenics to get the heart rate up- just be warned for that. I love Ethan’s energy and think he’s an up and coming instructor who clearly loves what he does. I’d encourage him to give more hands on correction for form, and to talk a little less. His words will have more purpose and power if he chooses them more wisely (right now he talks he whole time). A really great sweat and efficient workout!

Less hard than usual but still fun! Also would recommend to the studio to label the resistance bands given they were used in multiple stations but you dont have time between rounds to test out which band is best suited for the next exercise

This class wasn't AS insanely hard as some other Physique57 classes I've taken (or maybe I just wasn't pushing myself hard enough?) but I still got a great full body toning session- loved the amount of ab work we did! Spencer's music choices are so good, and I really appreciate how much fun he has (and therefore we have) with the "thigh dance" section.

Great class - its hot yoga in a dark candlelit room, its trendy, you do 3 flows, and it includes a bunch of ab work too. Youll be sweating. My only wish would be that there were other options for the 3rd flow (which at least was the most challenging for this class) that didnt involve balancing on one leg or doing a handstand - both of which my uncoordinated self struggles with :) It would be great to have more beginner level options for those more advanced moves.

Burns so good - there is absolutely nothing like the megaformer, regardless of how much HIIT, Bootcamp, running, lifting, TRX, etc that you do. With the lagree method, you’re moving slowly through each movement, constantly staying in the work, therefore working the main muscle groups as well as all of the smaller supportive ones + twitch fibers, resulting in an immediate increase in heart rate + sweat. You should be dripping during this class. And jay is hands down my top instructor here - he doesn’t let anyone slack off + creates non stop, super challenging profiles.

Such a tough workout, but exactly what I wanted. Very good bang for your buck in terms of squeezing in a good full body workout. Justin was super nice and great at explaining everything. He was also good about going around and offering form corrections and positive reinforcement. Very non-judgmental and encourages you to do what your body will allow. Will is an excellent addition to the Exceed team! Class was well-rounded, dynamic + challenging, with plenty of section variety (circuits, EMOMs, AMRAPs) that included movements which truly hit all of the muscle groups. We covered row, bike, ski, TRX - rows, chest press + bicep curls, push press, reverse lunges, swings, box jumps, burpees, racked squats, sumo DLHP, tri dips + core work. It’s been a while, but I finally left Exceed feeling fully worked out + not as though there were any missing components, like with many other instructors here.

This is exactly what I was missing all of last month with the programming so I was pumped to have the shorter stations back instead of the 8 min ones. Class was a Total of 5 stations with 2 exercises each, done tabata style - Round 1 was 45 sec on/15 off to transition to exercise 2, done 2x. Round 2 was then 45 sec on, but then no transition time, done 2x again, so we were constantly moving the entire station. So Brutal. Classes have def become more conditioning based than strength but I now rely on fhitting room, Exceed + solace for that side of my workouts.

    V Day Ride!

Love that Prime’s instructors each being something to the table. I love Alexa and Alex for killer power scores, Jane and Danielle for energy and fun choreography, Yesenia for arms and Julie for a v Soul Cycle vibe. Would love them to add another 60 minute class to the schedule!

    METHOD 45

This class was great! It was so much better than to the first and only other fly wheel spin class Ive done. Brian is a great instructor. He announced what range we should be at and the speed each time. The other time I went, the woman never said what we should be at and I couldnt hear her well because the music was soooo loud. This was such a better class!

    FORM50 TOTAL BODY

I can’t even lift my arms and write this review. This class is crazy hard and Monica is tough as hell. The onlyyyy thing I would say, for this and any studio that requires socks, have a lil rental program, $5 a pop. Everyone wins!
