The music and format and treadmills were good but the instructor was not as motivating as ones Ive had in the past, but luckily the music helped motivate me. The room was wayyyyyy too hot. Still giving 5 stars because my legs felt like jelly after.

Im a fitness newb and thought about taking this class for months before I got the guts to sign up, but Hollis is as amazing and encouraging as everyone says even for beginners. I took the class at a snails pace but I survived. I feel great and cant wait to go back!

    Switch40 - Underground Ab-Lab

The class flies by bc you do so many different exercises. It’s mostly low impact and mostly abs but he throws in a few minutes of calisthenics to get the heart rate up- just be warned for that. I love Ethan’s energy and think he’s an up and coming instructor who clearly loves what he does. I’d encourage him to give more hands on correction for form, and to talk a little less. His words will have more purpose and power if he chooses them more wisely (right now he talks he whole time). A really great sweat and efficient workout!

Less hard than usual but still fun! Also would recommend to the studio to label the resistance bands given they were used in multiple stations but you dont have time between rounds to test out which band is best suited for the next exercise

    Flywheel: Method 45

Izzi absolutely crushed it. As per usual. Music was unreal and her programming is second to none. However, I have 4 huge issues with flywheel that remain unresolved. First is the music is so loud. Like my ears were ringing and I’ve talked to them about this before but no one listens. Second is no more water bottles and no decrease in price. Peloton was water bottles... third is there were no bananas or apples today!! Wtf. And finally the bikes. The bikes are horrible. It’s not smooth and parts of clearly missing. If flywheel wants to compete with peloton they need to truly compete and peloton has all this stuff. Idk I’m worried for flywheels future tbh. And then where will I take izzis class

Juan is awesome - really friendly and approachable with clear instructions and helpful adjustments/tips. This class is nothing fancy and great for all levels - but be prepared to work hard and be sore the next day. Changes from class to class so never boring. Perfect for anyone looking to mix some strength training into their routine. Love the music too!

Rich and Riley were very encouraging and went around and corrected everyones form. The workout was hard but it was very modifiable as you choose your weight and its AMRAP. The part that was really hard was the partner exercises where one partner does a certain number of reps of various exercises while the other partner holds a plank. Ive never found planks challenging but after the workout beforehand I was literally shaking. Great class! The music was fire! Definitely coming back.

Dylan is incredible! He's adorable and funny with infectious energy - even at 6am on a Monday which is saying a lot. His class was well-structured and good for all levels. The best part is definitely his music choices - diverse, fun, upbeat - I felt myself signing along to almost everything and it made the ride enjoyable even when it was really challenging. Great profile today including tabata & strength segments before the 12 min circuit & 5 min AMRAP. Great class - its hot yoga in a dark candlelit room, its trendy, you do 3 flows, and it includes a bunch of ab work too. Youll be sweating. My only wish would be that there were other options for the 3rd flow (which at least was the most challenging for this class) that didnt involve balancing on one leg or doing a handstand - both of which my uncoordinated self struggles with :) It would be great to have more beginner level options for those more advanced moves.

This was my first boxing class, which I mentioned when I checked in & the studio manager and class instructor, Mike, were both great about giving me instruction. Awesome hip-hop playlist - Mike had us matching our moves with the music tempo. Super sweaty workout with great intensity. Boxing drills mixed w some plyo metrics and ab work at the end. Find a partner who is at your level. I recommend getting to class early because there was a line to get our hands wrapped. Also, be prepared to purchase wraps $10-15. Gloves and mats were still sweaty from previous users, but I'm not a germophobe.

Holy moly what an amazing class, perhaps the hardest P57 I've ever taken in my 4 years at the studio. Todds thighs section was absolutely relentless, glutes got fired up immediately in standing pretzel, and he incorporated the band + ball for abs (no mat or barre) which added a new spin on really targeted the muscles in such a challenging manner. Loved his attention to detail + constant correction of student form.

I really love this nyp studio. It’s so gorg. I only take their burnout classes bc I don’t find them too challenging so I worry the aaa classes will be too easy for me. This class was really good just a little too short for me. We ended after like 47 minutes and I wish we could’ve done more leg movements like lunges. But this class has a great ab and plank focus which I love and is why I keep coming back. Just for this price I want a class that’s longer.

As a beginner to hot yoga, this was the perfect class. I felt like the vinyasa flows were a bit too fast but it was nice that we were given time to flow on our own. Sam came around and provided adjustments. The restorative section was just what I needed after a week of intense strength and cardio workouts and feeling sore. The heat works so well with the sequences. My spine feels so much better. To think I was going to pay for an infrared sauna session to get the effects that I got in this class! Omg I loved this profile tonight! One of the best in months due to its variety of movements, timing breakdown + longevity: 4 stations, 3 moves at each done AMRAP style for 4 mins, :30 rest, then 3 mins :30 rest, then a 2 min sprint of the cardio move (run, row, bike, prison step ups). We covered sumo DL, goblet squats, burpees, box jumps, chest press, v ups, push-ups, plate GTO, overhead plate lunges + jump switch lunges. Only slight caveat is that I wish more upper body work was covered to hit the back, but otherwise, this was put together incredibly well.

Love that Prime’s instructors each being something to the table. I love Alexa and Alex for killer power scores, Jane and Danielle for energy and fun choreography, Yesenia for arms and Julie for a v Soul Cycle vibe. Would love them to add another 60 minute class to the schedule!

    FLY 45

Ben was the best Flywheel instructor I've had in as long as I can remember. Great energy - he really pushed us, while keeping it fun - he's the reason I got my highest Flywheel score since I started spinning a couple years ago. Love the new bikes, too!

    Fly 45

First time at flywheel, first spin class. Definitely a fantastic sweat and very motivating instructor. I also feel I got a well rounded workout for having been on the bike the entire time. Facilities were immaculate. Will definitely be coming back!

This is a tough class and feels like it should be 15 min shorter than it is - you do a series of two sets of exercises, 3 rounds of each one. Kamaye was fun and lighthearted while still being encouraging and pushing the class.
