You can tell he has a deep understanding of anatomy/how our muscles are connected, and how different pressure points can alleviate pain. He made sure to check in throughout the massage to ensure that the pressure was comfortable. I'll be returning!

That's easy enough to avoid on your own though by using whatever resistance works for you. I do think his method might be better for beginners though who don't want to feel pressured to have high resistance! Would definitely go to his class again!

She is so motivating and gives lots of tips on form for the new folks in class (but helpful for everyone!) and motivational talk that’s inspiring but also encourages you to be kind to yourself. I really appreciated that she cued breaks for water & breathing exercises. I was still drenched in sweat by the end and had a good endorphin high. I’ll be trying more classes with her!

At first I was worried the samples were what we needed to use for the showers but I was pleasantly surprised. The smoothies were a great after workout snack, I’m going to have to check next time I go if they have an almond milk alternative. The class I took was focused on upper body lifts and cardio. The running portion was my favorite part. I want to take another class that isn’t upper body focused but core focused. Nazinga was great! Would love to take another one of her classes!

see all reviewsIf you’re going to try Soul Fire, I can’t recommend Anna’s classes enough! Her music is the perfect mix of new hits and classics—from Dom Dolla to Marvin Gaye—and it’s always amazing. The classes at Soul Fire often have themes, but some instructors’ themes can feel a bit heavy, and I’ve left other classes feeling kind of down. That’s never the case with Anna’s classes! I always leave feeling relaxed, happy, and surrounded by good vibes. Her flows are challenging but still easy to follow. She’s the best! 🫶

To be honest I didn’t really know what rocket yoga was and most of the poses were too advanced for me but I still got a great workout and never felt like I was being judged for not being able to do most of it.
