Bodymass Build Small Group Training with Zach
Zach is an excellent instructor. This is a progressing class so be aware of that. Has no explicit cardio but you will probably get a good heart rate and People are at different levels so you can feel both welcome and inspired.

Burn is a 30 minute class, so don't be surprised. Great for getting cardio in addition to weights.

Phenomenal class! Extremely challenging but a great workout. Virginia was so motivating and seamlessly moved between the different circuits. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

First class with Chelsea! She was great at correcting form and very encouraging. She led a great class.

This was one of the best workout classes I've ever been to, and I've never done lifting/strength training in a group setting EVER. Virginia was incredible -- helpful, encouraging, funny, super sweet. It was also so nice that everyone was doing different things at different times, so the focus wasn't all on you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLASS!
Bodymass Burn with Chase
I really work hard when I go to Bodymass. This class (Burn) has more cardio than Blast, definitely got my heart rate up. I did have to modify one exercise, but a good class keeps you working the whole time. While a shorter class, it's worth it.
