This is the best studio in Arlington for personalized small classes that focus on form and effective workouts

Time flew, since I wasn’t a member I didn’t have access to the membership log or viewable workout on the iPod. I got confused about the reps and duration multiple times. Great varied workout I could see why people would continue to go.

Come with knowledge of what you can lift on barbell, lest you will slow down your group. Our class was very full and some groups had 3 to a rack, had to rush to finish our sets. Definitely a heavy weight class with low intensity. Need to come with the ability to perform exercises with at least the bar (45 lb). Not a beginners class.

I really enjoyed this workout. The instructor was very knowledgeable and could clearly articulate how to do the various exercises. I will definitely go back.

What is ClassPass?
