Great workout! Loved how Alexis mixed up the moves and held everything just long enough. My only feedback for the studio would be to make sure instructors wore mics! I could barely hear anything so had to keep looking around to see what the next move was.

Really fantastic class for newer yogis or yogis who are looking for something a little more low key than the heated, flow classes offered in the larger studio. I hadnt practiced in a few weeks, and this was the perfect way to ease back into things after some travels.

    Vinyasa

This class was really, really amazing! I've been trying vinyasa classes all over SF (Yoga Flow - Union, Love Story, Yoga Tree, etc), and I think Yoga Garden is the best so far. So this class wasn't heated, but it was fine. Daniel is an amazing instructor; he was very detailed in his instruction and demo just enough. He offered good variations and was very good about mindfulness. He was also really funny. This class will make you smile, be more mindful, feel relax, and just have a great day! Front desk could be nicer/friendlier though. I told them it was my first time and they didn't care too much to point out where things were...

This was the first class I really enjoyed at this studio. I appreciated the fast pace of Chelseah's class and worked up a good sweat (also the room is very warm.) My only critique is that it's hard to give adjustments when we're moving so fast so I wasn't always sure if my positions were right.

Two things I love about Morgan: she always has the best music that matches to the moment during class and she always has the most inspirational stories!! This class was everything I expected and more. This was my first time at this studio and for this class, and after I signed in and took a peek through the door, I couldn't wait to go in. It was warm, dim, and inviting. The stretches aren't always 100% comfortable, which makes this a very productive Yin class, as some classes are more relaxing than this. Still I could zone out and relax and will definitely be back to this class.

Quaint training hallway, good outdoor work out, fresh air, gets the blood flowing. Great conditioning and mobility drills, great for off days or if you’re already sore. Not as intense as other circuits, crossfit, or trx. The gym is a nice space you may use before or after class to warm up, cool down, or do some additional training, weight lifting or cardio.

Nice little neighborhood yoga studio. All level is more beginner friendly and it’s a great, non-intimating place to learn. Small class with good hand on corrections. Advanced practitioners might not find it challenging enough. I don’t have kid but I think it’s wonderful the studio offers free day care during class and really trys to make yoga accessible to all.

Beautiful space. Great workout. Most of all, I loved Kate’s message about responding versus reacting. It gave me pause. Not only did it help me push through the workout, it gave me a lot to think about in my own life!

I was the only student in class today and rather than canceling, Dastan gave me the most focused, personalized, individual yoga session I've ever had in my life. I was able to do things I've never done before with his incredible specific and encouraging instruction. Dastan is an amazing, inspiring teacher and I left feeling like a different person. I can't recommend his classes enough!

Love love this class and the instructor made this acro yoga class so much fun! She was generous with her time and we learned so many different poses. I highly recommend Sandi and I hope she teaches more class because I want to go to all of them!

Amazing! Yoga at its purest and most spiritual form. No gimmicks, music, cliche workouts, but more heat building, use of breath and other techniques to bring calm and peace to your practice. Love it.
