I liked Natalie’s personality, she seemed genuine like nothing felt forced as far as her energy! You can tell she’s very seasoned & is just doing her thing, not trying to be like other studios. see all reviewsI really liked the location of this studio. Easy parking and easy to locate. Studio was also very clean and everyone was so nice. I do wish there was a better class description that would recommend grip socks. Kim was lovely. Class was easy going and more on the side of focused stretching versus a workout that makes you sweat, but that’s fine. I modified some of the moves to make it more strenuous for me. It was an older audience but they were a hoot and I enjoyed the conversation as we went through the class. Will def come again.
