About this studio
Xtend Barre is a barre-based, full-body workout designed for everyone - women, men, beginners, runners, swimmers, weekend warriors. The list goes on. Anyone who wants and needs to move their body for STRENGTH, POWER, CARDIO AND CONFIDENCE. Beyond our signature low-impact, cardio-infused Barre class, we offer a variety of programs that strengthen, lengthen and chisel your body to deliver fast, real results. From high intensity interval training to Yoga classes, our clients enjoy mixing up their workout routines to achieve their desired goals.

How to prepare
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class. New clients must complete a liability waiver. Grippy socks are required for Barre, Barre Camp, Pilates Stick and Yoga; bring your own or buy a pair from the studio. Sneakers are allowed for Circuit 7, Suspend, Sweat and Cardio Dance. Our bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (i.e. deodorant, hair ties, dry shampoo). Each bathroom has a private shower with shampoo/conditioner, body wash and we provide towels for showers.
How to get there
Plently of street parking on Wilson Blvd. and Clarendon Blvd. as well as a garage under the building. 1.5 blocks away from the Court House Metro.
