About this studio

Xtend Barre is a barre-based, full-body workout designed for everyone - women, men, beginners, runners, swimmers, weekend warriors. The list goes on. Anyone who wants and needs to move their body for STRENGTH, POWER, CARDIO AND CONFIDENCE. Beyond our signature low-impact, cardio-infused Barre class, we offer a variety of programs that strengthen, lengthen and chisel your body to deliver fast, real results. From high intensity interval training to Yoga classes, our clients enjoy mixing up their workout routines to achieve their desired goals.

How to prepare

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class. New clients must complete a liability waiver. Grippy socks are required. Feel free to bring your own or buy a pair from the studio. Please inform your instructor if you are pre/post-natal or have any pre-existing medical conditions.

How to get there

Plently of street parking on Wilson Blvd. and Clarendon Blvd. as well as a garage under the building. 1.5 blocks away from the Court House Metro.

XTEND STICK with Dana
So much fun! The instructor was high energy and gave great cues on form. Plus the stick added an extra level of resistance. Ill definitely do this one again!

Very friendly staff; class was challenging and fast paced so the hour flew by. If you prefer more of a cardio dance class like me I would suggest another class, this one was more small movements and core work.

Great workout! The TRX system really brings the pain (in the best way possible). The next day, muscles hurt I didnt even know I had haha! I took the class with Liz who is consistently an awesome instructor (this was my first TRX class with her, but Ive taken regular Xtend Barre classes shes taught).

Great class, Liz is a very good instructor, motivational and she corrects postures. Good cues and music.

Challenging class and great technical instruction but sometimes choreography wasnt super clearly communicated.

What is ClassPass?
