Great space! Wish the mats were cleaner though!
Vinyasa Yoga / Deep Flow with Mikael
Mikael was awesome about guiding you through adjustments as needed, which I really appreciate. Studio is great—I think they have soundproof glass or really thick glass around the room, so it feels open but you aren’t distracted. The class itself wasn’t super advanced, and we all got warm, but not dripping with sweat.

Instructor was hard to follow, but overall a good class
Hatha / Intro for Beginners & Athletes with Jennifer
Good long stretches but hard to see. I should have been in the front. That was my fault. There wasn’t any questions from the group as indicated in the description.
Vinyasa Yoga / Deep Flow with Amanda
I liked the teacher but the class was WAY too crowded. It definitely negatively impacted our ability to do the postures even if the teacher tried to keep them mostly confined to the width of an individual mat. The flow was tough - I was really sore after!

class was way too crowded. otherwise, it was great
Restorative/Yin Yoga with Amanda
Cozy and well-run class
Hatha / Intro for Beginners & Athletes with Jennifer
Great instructor, very friendly and knowledgeable
Vinyasa Yoga / Deep Flow with Mikael
I really enjoyed this yoga class! Mikael was super nice and his class was just the right amount of challenging. I especially liked how he walked around to help correct our poses (especially since I am rusty)... thank you for an awesome class!! My friend and I will be sure to come again.
