Vinyasa / Align & Flow with Tali
Instructor left a window open in 90 degree heat. Not pleasant to be sweating just sitting on the mat.
Hatha Yoga / All Levels with Kate
Kate is amazing! She offered so many modifications - easier and harder - and was so receptive to where different students were. Love her energy!
Vinyasa / Slow Flow with Stephanie
It was my first time trying vinyasa yoga, its rather hard work and trying but pretty awesome. The studio is pretty small, dont expect anything fancy
Hatha Yoga / All Levels with Stephanie
Hatha classes are inconsistent here. I was looking for a restorative class and this was a pretty traditional flow-style class. Not bad, just not what I expected.
Vinyasa / Align & Flow with Jessica
Wasnt my favorite flow. Didnt do many poses that I feel are necessary in my practice, including warrior two, peaceful warrior, triangle, reverse triangle, side angle, reverse side angle, etc. still enjoyed the class and got a nice stretch in, but didnt feel as recharged as I would have liked to.
Vinyasa Yoga / Deep Flow with Leticia
This class was slower than I expected. It started with some nice breathwork/qi gong moves and went downhill from there. I would have liked a faster-pace flow but with more in depth cues, and build up. Towards the end of class the teacher threw in some advanced poses and sudden jerky movements that we werent warmed up for and felt disjointed and off-flow.
Vinyasa Yoga / Deep Flow with Leticia
Good but not much of a deep flow class
Vinyasa Yoga / Deep Flow with Michelle
Kept on repeating the basic chaturanga sequence over and over. Needed more variations.
Vinyasa Yoga / Deep Flow with Amanda
Too crowded. Class capacity should be maximum 25 people.
Restorative/Yin Yoga with Amanda
Amazing instructor (Amanda) great vibes !
