I liked that the gym was clean and, although I was not a member, I was still allowed to use the sauna before I headed home. Remember to bring your own towel! The front desk crew led by Ricky was also very welcoming and did not try and push a membership on me (Thank Goodness). Ten Stars!

He and everyone there made the environment feel safe and nonjudgemental. I was nervous at first and was the only girl there at the time, but they made me feel comfortable. I would return and invest my time there.

They do a great job of really building from the ground up. Feel comfortable whether it’s your first time seeing boxing gloves or you’ve been in practice for years- you’ll still get a great workout and develop your technique. (It’s the big red building with giant firehouse doors. There’s a gate door that leads to an outdoor hallway to the right of the building. The door knob has a little key pad to put in the code and get in. Then there’s a doorway to your left that leads into the gym)

He didn’t introduce himself or ask me my name until the end of class, only acknowledged me as a new participant when I put my mat to close to where he usually stands. Aside from that, it was great. The instructor pushes you to your limit and motivates you during the class.

Nice gym, well-kept and bright with windows. Loved how Fatima corrected my form and made sure I was good before each new exercise. Wonderful class. I would go again and maybe even potentially get a membership to Fittima Fitness.

see all reviewsThis class was such a great small group workout ! Lots of individualized attention as the instructor gave each student 1:1 instruction while holding boxing mitts in turns. While the instructor was working 1:1 with others, there was a bag or other workout equipment the rest of the students could cycle through or rest. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Just note it is a little hard to find, as there’s no signage outside the building and you have to use a call box to get into the building. Highly recommend - I will definitely be back!

She kept the moves fairly simple so that everyone can do it, even those who don’t have much experience with dance. see all reviewsIt was my first SPENGA class so I arrived early…The staff was super friendly - the instructor Trinity gave a great tour and explanation of the class flow. The workout itself addressed the whole body and I left feeling very accomplished. I love the class setup and how it goes from spin, to strength, to yoga. The spin was upbeat, catered to your physical abilities, and great music. The strength was well-paced and challenging. The yoga allows you to subtly get your heart rate back to resting while stretching and working on flexibility. I will definitely book another class!
