How to prepare

For health & safety reasons, Fuel Pilates requires that clients wear socks for class. They recommend "sticky" socks which can be purchased in-studio for $14.

How to get there

Make sure you double check the address before going to the studio! It has moved full time to its new location at 2934 M Street NW. The entrance to the studio is on 30th Street.

Pretty low key, the studio is one of the most beautiful I’ve been to! Tara did her best.

Definitely a workout that breaks a sweat and targets your abs and legs. Loved the bridge between interval training and Pilates. But if you’re looking for intense, dripping sweat interval training this workout may not fulfill your workout needs.
PILATES MAT with Tara
Echoing others on here. This class won’t be a “workout” for some individuals, so set your expectations accordingly. If you are new to Pilates or interested in learning proper techniques and/or recovering from an injury this class is excellent. Don’t expect to feel sore or like you’ve transformed your body.

Loved this workout!! It’s a great balance of cardio, abs, arms, and legs. The class is the perfect size (around 8) and the instructor was so high-energy. It’s a tough workout but a great unique class!

Goodness the owner Kelly is amazing. I rarely get super excited about a workout but she is fantastic. This workout reduced me to a puddle and there was no dread factor at all because it’s actually fun. Awesome!

What is ClassPass?
