About this studio

Divas & Dolls Fitness is a woman-owned fitness company in the DMV! We specialize in exotic aerobics but offer a myriad of fitness classes including the following: pole dancing, chair dancing, lap dance, floor work, Liquid Motion, Zumba, MixxedFit, Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga and more. Visiting our studio and working out with us is like becoming a part of our family. We want to help you reach your health and fitness goals in a fun, safe and and interactive way.

How to prepare

All clients should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class start time. For exotic aerobic classes (e.g., pole dance, chair dance, lap dance, Sexify, Liquid Motion, etc.) Knee pads are recommended. We sell and rent knee pads in the studio. Regular workout attire is appropriate for all classes.

How to get there

The studio is at the front of the Beechly Square Business Center complex!

It was veeeery technical but I really appreciated it. We did a ton of floor work which I don’t get as much from the other pole 1 classes.

This class is so much fun and Margo is a fantastic instructor! It’s the perfect combination of warm up, cardio, stretch, strength and toning exercises all while groovin’ to Margo’s great playlist of music. It’s a blast and a good work out too!
