Their MRT and MRT CLIMB Classes are intervals of carefully selected high-intensity cardio and strength training exercises that are guaranteed to take your body to the next fitness level. They offer the best classes, nutrition coaching and personal training.

How to prepare

Arrive no less than 5 minutes before class start time. New guests must check-in 15 minutes before class start with lobby detail.

How to get there

Same building (1050) as US News & World Report. Midway between C&O Canal and Washington Harbour. Just downhill from Baked & Wired. Look for sidewalk sign.

HARD! This class will be hard and challenging. You will not have time to get bored. It was all I could do to complete each rotation. But at the end, you’ve had a hell of a workout. Here’s hoping it gets easier in time! Also, DeShay is amazing- warm, professional, motivating but not going to embarrass or harass you.

DeShay does not disappoint. She is encouraging, challenges us, and has a great playlist. The workout is no joke, which is what I need. I will forever be a fan and will continue to go and support. Highly recommend.

Earl was so encouraging and upbeat! True interval class with use of climbers. Music was fun but could be repetitive at the end. There was a partnering up concept that I enjoyed. Studio was clean.

What is ClassPass?
