How to prepare

Arrive no less than 5 minutes before class start time. New guests must check-in 15 minutes before class start with lobby detail.

How to get there

Same building (1050) as US News & World Report. Midway between C&O Canal and Washington Harbour. Just downhill from Baked & Wired. Look for sidewalk sign.

Very hard and a great workout. Earl is amazing and very encouraging and supportive. It's completely customizable based on what weights you want to use, but not for beginners.

What is ClassPass?
