Definitions a boutique fitness studio in Georgetown featuring DC’s best personal training leaders and influencers for more than 20 years. Their MRT and MRT CLIMB Classes are intervals of carefully selected high-intensity cardio and strength training exercises that are guaranteed to take your body to the next fitness level. They offer the best classes, nutrition coaching and personal training.

How to prepare

Arrive no less than 5 minutes before class start time. New guests must check-in 15 minutes before class start with lobby detail.

How to get there

Same building (1050) as US News & World Report. Midway between C&O Canal and Washington Harbour. Just downhill from Baked & Wired. Look for sidewalk sign.

Nice studio, great teacher, class went by super fast, not that hardest

DeShay is so welcoming and consistently comes up with challenging but doable workouts. Ive had a great workout every time Ive been here-I always feel pushed but never that I cant finish the workout. Its a small class so you get lots of feedback and encouragement!

Always a fun and challenging class. Rotating to different stations makes the class go by quickly. I appreciated that there are different weights and resistance band sizes at each station to accommodate all fitness/strength levels.

What is ClassPass?
