Arrive no less than 5 minutes before class start time. New guests must check-in with lobby detail.

How to get there

Same building (1050) as US News & World Report. Midway between C&O Canal and Washington Harbour. Just downhill from Baked & Wired. Look for sidewalk sign.

I've been looking for a good high intensity interval training (HIIT) class and finally found one! There were no totally crazy exercises but it was a great workout! I would consider myself in pretty good shape and still found it challenging without being awful or unenjoyable. The instructor was also extremely welcoming and personal (knew everyone's name and continuously praised and helped us along).
