This class was more about boxing technique but was still a good workout. It was not as much of a circuit class as I would have expected tho.

I liked that there was a longer than usual stretching section, but there weren't enough smaller weights for everyone to have their ideal picks. I didn't get enough of a challenge because all of the 15<22 weights were in use. The class description made me think this class would be more technical weightlifting and less BodyPump. Someone please offer a technical weightlifting class on ClassPass. I can to bicep curls and push-ups at home.

It’s not a beginner class and it’s hard to follow. It’s straight up boxing and if you don’t know the terms or how to follow the routine it’s very hard.
Bodyweight HIIT (High Intesity Interval Training) with Ven
Ven is a great instructor! He really knows each person in the class, even as newcomers. The workout was intense!

What is ClassPass?
