About this studio

Our mission is to integrate outstanding classes with complementary medicine, health promotion, and wellness services to help you get better, stronger, faster.” Body Dynamics was founded in 1995 by Dr. Jennifer M. Gamboa, who at that time was providing physical therapy to injured dancers out of a costume room at a prominent dance studio in Northern Virginia. Today, we have grown into an integrated physical therapy and wellness practice with a team of more than 25 multidisciplinary professionals dedicated to helping you enhance your health and well-being. This class is so educational and a great class to work out the problem spots.

Very welcoming class. I enjoyed some gentle structured low-impact mat work. Muscles feel warm and stretchy but not to the point of not being able to sit down.

Focused on the needs of an older clientele. Everyone was very friendly but if you are looking to sweat and strength train, this isn’t for you. If you are looking to perfect your stretching than this is perfect

BDI Barre with Grace
Actually I changed and did a "triage" physical therapy session for an up charge instead. The physical therapist was wonderful--very knowledgeable and she really listened to what was bothering me and offered some helpful solutions.

What is ClassPass?
