About this studio

Barre3 mixes athleticism, grace, and the latest innovations designed to balance the body in an efficient, low-impact, 60 minute workout. How to prepare

Wear yoga-like attire and make sure you’ll be comfortable in a variety of postures. Our classes are performed barefoot, but grip socks are optional. Props and small towels will be provided at the studio. Bring a water bottle. Arrive 10 minutes before class starts so we can get you set up! When you arrive you’ll get a tour of the studio, be able to store your belongings in our secure cubbies, and be introduced to your instructor. This barre3 location provides Play Lounge during certain day-time classes.

How to get there

We're located inside the 4900 Massachusetts Avenue Office Building. Access us from the building's main entrance - you'll see our studio upon entering!

Lana was amazing. The class is perfect for anyone at any level. As a beginner but a former dancer I had a great workout because it engages very similar muscles and engages lots of Pilates core work. The music kept you pumped. The pace was ideal allowing for some active rest periods to catch your breath. I can’t wait to come back!

LOVE Carolina’s class. It’s always jam packed...which would normally bother me but because she’s such a positive and mindful instructor, it doesn’t. I look forward to this class all week. It’s a tough class but concludes with a rewarding stretching/meditative finish. I always leave feeling uplifted and re-energized.

I literally felt euphoric after, the stretching/breathing time is the perfect way to end the workout and start my day after a killer workout.

Instructor was great, workout was gentle but thorough. The Bar Method is a better studio for focusing on form, but I enjoyed the flowing movements included in the barre3 choreography.

What is ClassPass?
