I just think that it is a bit too expensive to be worth doing regularly, and looking into it, it usually costs just the same to attend solidcore through classpass... comparing the solidcore app, sometimes is costs even more! The app also mentions the muscle focus of specific classes, which are missing from classpass.

My advice to the studio - look at traffic flow patterns and rearrange the layout outside the rooms. The check- in desk should be in the front, so people aren’t walking through the seating area to get to it. The back zone could then have the main area for people to leave their things. It is really hard to go and leave the classes with the bag drop in the narrow hallway. If the narrow hall was for permanent yoga mat storage and extra spill over coats that would make sense, but right now it is unorganized and not relaxing to come and go from the space

The class didn’t feel like 95 degrees, but her exercises and energy made up for the lack of heat. I don’t blame her for the lack of heat though, I’ve noticed none of the classes at this location are really heated. I’ll be back for her core work for sure though!

For her to be so nice and helpful at 545am is amazing! She helped me get my shoes, login, find my bike. She blocked my shoes on because I was struggling and taught me how to get them out. She was a great start. Let's get into David. He was covering a class but idk if he was a blessing in disguise. He made me feel! Like I feel good as I write this. Just enough talking, great momentum, lively energy, and great legs! He not only looks the part by embodies it. Sad he doesn't have a morning class permanently but I'll follow him around a bit! Spoke with him after to let him know because you never know what someone needs to hear and I needed him this Monday morning. Will definitely be back. Parking is really easy in the mornings too!!

I felt comfortable and safe to be myself in the space. Mats and blocks were provided. From my eyes I see the studio as gorgeous and ascetically pleasing layout overall.
