see all reviewsJohanna has such a calming voice and lovely reminders throughout class to breathe and let go. The flow is always balanced with stretching/strengthening and core work, and practicing with her leaves room to just be in the present while she radiates simple positivity. It's always a joy to be in her classes. Thank you, Johanna!

see all reviewsHolding poses for 5-10 breaths sounds hard but the heat and Sean’s instructions were beneficial. I wish I came to this class earlier, my hips needed it last week. I feel more flexible and his hands on assistance were professional. This is a great community, I want to try other classes soon. Thank you 😊

Loved her playlist too! Afterwards, she offered tea for anyone interested and we had a lovely time chatting and getting to know others. I am definitely coming again to her class! 100% would recommend.

see all reviewsWhat a great experience! Armando was very welcoming and the folks who come regularly were kind and helpful. It was truly an all-levels class, and as someone who's done yoga before but is new to wall yoga, I really enjoyed the class! It felt great to be upside down. We went through a good amount of poses and got good stretch and core work just like in a regular yoga class, but the antigravity element makes it unique. Can't wait to come back!

At the end the teacher reads a book so the moms can do their own poses. Wished there were more incorporation of songs to sing since my daughter enjoyed that portion. Either way we had a great time!

see all reviewsI’d recommend to show up early (at least 20 minutes) to find parking. My friends and I carpooled and we were lucky enough to find a spot in front. It isn’t in the best neighborhood so just be sure to not leave any valuables in your car & be alert when taking a night class. The class itself is on the 5th floor so there are quite a few flights to climb but the atmosphere you walk into is so welcoming! The front desk receptionist was super kind and helpful reminding us to fill out a waiver prior. The class itself was nice ans I was able to get a good stretch in and relax after a long day. The instructor took her time to get to know the participants and reminded us that this is OUR practice and we have range of how far we want to go within each move.

It was more than just a workout; it was an energizing start to the weekend that left me feeling stronger and more connected. see all reviewsFirst of all, the place is very cool! you can see some of the stained glass at the top. The instructor was very nice, and I enjoyed the class and the flow. My only feedback, and could be just me, is to lower the volume of the music a liiittle, to balance the mic and music, English is not my first language and sometimes I couldn't understand the instructions. it happened a few times only. Great class, great place, hoping to go back soon :)
