    Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

    This was not only the hardest Barry’s class I’ve ever done, but the hardest workout I’ve ever done. I mean that in a good way - I left feeling so accomplished! Only suggestion would be to avoid 20 sec sprints because it takes awhile for the tread to ramp up and then 5 sec is already gone

    Fantastic high-intensity workout. Corey is a good instructor. The music is very loud but you can grab complimentary ear plugs at the front desk. The amenities are luxurious: Oribe shampoo and conditioner for your post-workout shower and even a Dyson hair dryer!

    This group is awesome! Carlos leads a motivating run. Be aware if you havent been running for awhile. The pace is 8-9:30/mile or faster and there can be a variety of hills. Friendly crew of 8-10 people and welcomes more!
