    Flow: All Levels

Different from the other yoga flow classes I've taken. Little slower pace, but definitely no less challenging. This class is the best class I've taken in terms of allowing for all levels of experience, but it doesn't push you as to go as quickly as I'd like. I will definitely be back though as I see this as a compliment to the other classes available.

Fantastic class with a awesome instructor. She was very attentive and gave clear instructions and alternative yoga pose options during class. Corrections were given verbally instead of hands on, just a heads up. I also liked the pace of the class which was just right ( some are too fast). The only negative and this is not at all about her, is the front reception. I have been to this yoga studio many times and the coldness and unfriendly nature of the folks up front gives me so much pause. The attitude they give to pretty much anyone new is bananas to me and god forbid you ever ask which room is earth/water/sky although none of them are labeled clearly.

This was the first class I really enjoyed at this studio. I appreciated the fast pace of Chelseah's class and worked up a good sweat (also the room is very warm.) My only critique is that it's hard to give adjustments when we're moving so fast so I wasn't always sure if my positions were right.

This class was everything I expected and more. This was my first time at this studio and for this class, and after I signed in and took a peek through the door, I couldn't wait to go in. It was warm, dim, and inviting. The stretches aren't always 100% comfortable, which makes this a very productive Yin class, as some classes are more relaxing than this. Still I could zone out and relax and will definitely be back to this class.

I really liked it! Super dark in the class, only lit by candles which makes the class even more enjoyable and really sets the mood. They have mats and towels supplied, even the sticky towels to lay down on top of your mat for hot yoga (greatly appreciated!). Fast-paced yoga class, loved the theme music. Sweated a lot and got a good stretch. Not for beginners to yoga, the teachers moves through very quickly and most are audible cues so if you arent familiar with pose names it may be difficult to follow.

YogaWorks is a beautiful professional space with gorgeous yoga rooms. Teachers are professional and clearly highly trained. Nadine’s class was very Iyengar alignment based-it was methodical and challenging but not overly so. Not much focus on breath or the devotional aspects of yoga, just poses. She clearly is a very seasoned teacher, I learned a lot! Would recommend if you’d like an intentional class focused on refining your alignment. Wouldn’t recommend if you prefer a more flowy class that makes you sweat or blisses you out.

This class was so fun. Jessica was super welcoming and had great energy. She gave great ideas and suggestions but over all the class was what you made of it. I felt more relaxed than I have in any class to date. I would recommend having some yoga familiarity, as the cuing was very much just names of poses through a quick pace flow and if it was my first yoga class I would’ve been totally lost, although she was available and walked the room to give attention to each student. The studio itself is clean and provides great amenities. Go early, because while parking is available it’s all street and public garages so it can be a walk.

Loved this class! It was actually 75 min and at the beginning of class the instructor said it was titled something other than what's listed in ClassPass (can't remember what now) but no complaints here. The pace was consistent and the poses were the perfect level of challenging. The music was on point (hip hop + r&b all the way through) and I loved the vibe that the studio creates. Pro tip: if you can, change before arriving at the studio. I came straight from work and the "changing room" is a literal small closet with a light and lock on the door. It works in a pinch, but for those of us who are taller or need a little more wiggle room, it's less than ideal. There's also a more spacious bathroom that works for changing, as long as it's not occupied.

Great workout, and really lovely instructor. The only recommendation I have is to improve cuing. For example, instead of having everyone go into plank & waiting 30 seconds till its over, use that 30 seconds to guide the class into proper form. This not only makes the time go by faster but it also ensures that people are safely doing the moves.

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

Sophie's class is very intense! I have been regularly attending challenging yoga and pilates classes for a few months and I had to drop my weights long before the end. Great workout for those who are already in shape and want to amp it up even more but beginners beware.

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

Great workout! Kind of reminded me of a BodyPump class - not so much yoga. But an amazing workout for sure! I'll definitely be adding this to my weekly mix. Adam was a great instructor too, offering great guidance for a first timer.

Keith goes around the stations to make sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly. The exercises are challenging and the class works the whole body. Very good workout. You do an exercise for a minute and switch, and you can do as fast or as slow as you'd like based on your level and needs
