Very welcoming class and Val has a very calming voice. I’ve been doing yoga for a while and I thought the class was great for those who know the names of the positions. I can see the class being hard for newbies but you can always check out a neighbor if you’re confused. I would recommend this class for those who want to try a “hot yoga” class that isn’t too hot. It was warm enough to encourage sweating but definitely not the level of heat I’m used to at other studios. Would definitely go here again!

    Vinyasa | All Levels

Not for beginners. Dina did a great job of leading the class into a strong Vinyasa flow. She offered verbal cues to ensure correct form, and she periodically checked on students’ forms. The class moves very quickly however, and most poses were described by their Sanskrit Asana names, so at least some previous Vinyasa practice is highly recommended.
