He’s attentive and encouraging especially at the end when we lose motivation! He checks form but if you want more specific help you have to advocate for yourself. Great class every time!

see all reviewsfirst time with Megan and I appreciated her chill coaching. she always gave clear instruction on what to anticipate and demonstrated the floor techniques each time. she was not loud or obnoxious.. just professional and encouraging. she would be a great coach for those who are beginners or intimidated.

She gave me and everyone a lot of encouragement, which helped me push through the class. I really loved her energy and will definitely be booking her class more often!!

She was friendly, her music was perfect, and the sequence was challenging (in the best way possible). The facility is beautiful and it is well worth using your ClassPass credits here!

It was my first time taking an in-person Barre class. I'm hoping I can make this my every Monday class! I love the fitness classes here because they are only 6 people max, making them intimate. The other girls in the class were so friendly (and we're regulars) and we all had a great time getting our butts kicked together! lol

The session was really well-structured—starting with a proper warm-up, followed by a barbell complex for the strength portion, and finishing with a short but intense MetCon. Joel was incredibly thorough with his demos and spent a lot of time walking around to correct form and ensure everyone’s safety, which I really appreciated. We wrapped up with a solid stretching session that helped bring everything together. Felt both challenged and well taken care of! Will definitely come back and try the other classes!

I was greeted by Jason who was very kind and professional, he answered all my questions throughout my appointment, walked me through the steps to get started and made sure I was comfortable. Once I began I got to tune out with my headphones on. Most people either love or hate cardio, personally I rather do 3 miles on the bike rather than 1 mile on the treadmill, they give you the option between both but I did try the treadmill and OMG I actually like cardio now lol. Best way I could describe the feeling was like doing cardio in a sauna with red light, brownie points because the machine has a fan, water holder if you bring a bottle, they give you a towel to use during the session and you have FULL CONTROL of your workout.. I probably (definitely) burned more calories in my 30 minute session than I would an entire day (this is just my guess but this is how it feels). What I love even more about this establishment is that they offer memberships and packages for tanning and fitslim tread sessions. Mid workout I was raving to my friends about how they need to try. Parking is also good for anyone who is curious, they do have their own lot and aren’t on the busy street, by right next to the shopping center, Pilates, gym etc. Highly recommend coming here and trying them out. I will be back soon!
