There was a good variety of different strength workouts (with a mix of a few cardio). I’d say the workout itself is about 30 to 40 minutes. Tinesha was great, I loved her energy and appreciated her focus on form.

see all reviewsI’ve been taking Christina’s HIIT class for about two years now, and she’s hands down my favorite instructor of all time! She’s always so encouraging and brings such a positive, welcoming energy to every class. Her workouts are fun, dynamic, and never repetitive—there’s always something new to challenge and motivate us. What really stands out is how attentive and patient she is. She takes the time to greet everyone, remembers names, and makes sure each person feels seen and supported, no matter their fitness level. Christina creates a space that feels both empowering and inclusive, and I genuinely look forward to every session with her. I can't recommend her class enough!

The combos can be fast, but just focus on your form rather than trying to keep up :) Awesome group of people there

see all reviewsMarty was a fantastic trainer! I loved his music, instruction, and energy. 5v5 meant that if you started on the bags, you’d go through 5 consecutive rounds of boxing and then the final 5 rounds would be on the floor (and vice versa). An excellent full body cardio and strength workout (using weight knuckles and weights on the floor) in about 45 minutes (10 3-minute rounds). There is plenty of parking in the 4 hour parking lot next door, restrooms, and lockers for your stuff. You can rent gloves (I’m going to buy my own now because I want to come back for sure) for ~$5 with tax, and buy your own wraps!

It was a smaller class size which made it so each student got personalized attention and the push we needed to keep going. The coach provided modifications for some of the moves as needed and his energy was contagious! The class definitely was a full body workout with the heart rate being up from the warm up segment through the 8 rounds of boxing and then the final floor core section. I’ll definitely be coming back and bringing friends :)

Highly recommend for a good work out and boxing basics. Attended the 3 PM (45 min) class. The class was mid sized (approx. 7-10), with attendees varying from beginner to intermediate. Coach notices newcomers and will guide you to help you follow along. Seems like the classes vary week to week. This class started with ~6 rounds of warm up including shadow boxing, then had ~4 rounds of boxing, and ended with circuit training (9 stations). Hoping other sessions will have a bigger boxing session.
